I've worked with several management companies in the past, and Leland has been the most professional that I've worked with.
I've had nothing but good experiences with Leland Management and would recomend this company to anyone looking for a homeowners association management company.

I see everyone is saying they're reporting this company to the BBB but what you need to do if you want to get somewhere with this company is make a complaint with the fair housing authority and with the dbpr because they hold a license with the Florida Department of Business and Professionals Regulations and they are the ones who investigate property management companies and individuals who hold a CAM license. If you want to be heard contact the dbpr and make a complaint once they get so many complaints against this company they can shut them down and take their license from them. Everyone has to answer to the dbpr go to myfloridalicense.com click on verify a license type in the person's name and or property management company who are discriminating against you and harassing you right there license information down and go back onto MyFloridaLicense.com and click on make a complaint and make a complaint against that individual and leland management company the dbpr will come out and investigate them and if the complaint is to be found it will go infront of the board and there will be consequences and if there are enough of complaints against discrimination due to race they will lose their license the property management company and the individual do not waste your time with the BBB that's why they are getting away with all this harassment and discriminating against people of color of just being rude and nasty and not following the laws which they are governed by with the dbpr with the dbpr who actually license them to be in business you just go to the website write down their license information and then click on file a complaint and someone will follow up with you I am contacting the fair housing authority and the dbpr and filing my complaint with the individuals who will get results for me

Leland Mgmt. is the WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO. I have ever seen. They're very unprofessional & do not comply with community standards. They're GARBAGE! A few months ago they sent me a letter stating that my door had been inspected and it needed to be replaced because it was bubbling and it had rust inside the paint. The the door was in perfect condition. Because I refused to replace it after the inspector came over, they decided "without my consent" to scrape the door. No rust was found, except brown spots from previous paint. After the door was scrapped obviously the metal is uncovered and NOW, yes, it started to rust. They refuse to paint it! I cannot describe how angry I am. I had a pre-heart attack & a minor stroke; all caused by the aggravation with Leland Mngt. They were sending sending violation letters constantly until they were ordered by a judge to stop doing so. I already contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to fight until these people stop abusing.

A teerible experience so far dealing with these people. They started sending bills via post rather than email, despite not having a valid postal address for me. I then had late charges and legal fees to pay to resolve this but, throughout, there was no helpful contact of any sort. My advice: Stay as far away from them as possible.

I have one word to describe Leland management "Racists" If you are black I would think twice about moving into a community managed by these people. They will continually harass you with letters if you have your black friends over. Specially their agent Sarah Roberge. Also, they will steal you car right from your private property with no notice. You have been warned.

They are horrible in Hudson. She never gets out of her car all she does is drive by and leave. Totally useless and inept. They look to justify their worth by fines and raising fees.

We have had Leland manage our community for less than a year and they are so much better than what we had. They actually answer the phones (rare in these times) and our manager is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company given my experience so far.

Leland has always been attentive to our association management questions and concerns. We appreciate their responsive manager and easy access to the office personnel. Highly recommended.

Leland Management is such a great company to work with. Every employee I have spoken with has been helpful. I know that when I leave a message I will get a return call compared to our previous management company that sometimes just didn't return calls.

Leland is the property management company for Surf Club II. They do an excellent job. The accounting reports are especially detailed and easy to use and review. Their local office provides frequent seminars on subjects that assist the board in doing its job more effectively.



Their CAM attends all board meetings and is a contributing participant.

The regional staff is helpful and gives us a perspective how other Associations may have dealt with a given issue.

Very self-centered and unprofessional. They even engage in childish email harassment. A partner of mine emailed Deeann Welch in Clearwater, FL regarding solicitation policies. His emails were shared with another individual, David Sferrazza, who proceeded to send an email mocking his comments in a flagrant harassing tenor.

My partner had previously remarked "Let them eat cake, but not from my bakery," after exasperating communication with Ms. Welch.



Is this the kind of "professional" conduct your HOA fees should support? Do you pay the legal fees when they get sued or get YOU sued?

I have found that Leland is a very professional, forward thinking and forward LEADING company. The owners CARE. The team members CARE. You'll always be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Tracey Clement, Director of HR, is a shining example of the GOOD in a person, both personally and professionally. If you're looking for a management company- HIRE them.

Leland Management is the best Community Association Management firm in the industry. The level of customer service that Leland provides is outstanding.

Their reps claim to have never been contacted and stick to denial of contact, even when you have email conformation and proof of phone calls. They engage poor service providers and do not address complaints. They never respond to residents calls, emails and complaints! They're only good at sending bills. Been complaining about lawn service for months, never received a response. Nor has the lawn service improved, yet they bill me each month. Beware, never move into a leland management run development

The only thing this company is aggressive about is collecting bills from residents. Never hear from them unless they want money. They do literally nothing for the community, and are impossible to get hold of when you need something from them. They community rep never visits the area and has no clue or interest in what happens here.

I have volunteered for my community for 5 years(I had minimal knowledge prior). We started out in tough financial situation but once we switched to Leland Management things turned around. They were pro-active in resolving existing issues(Collections & existing lawsuits). They provided the path to accomplish our short and long term goals as a community. We did not always like what they advised us but we knew THEY were the professionals and we were just volunteering to make our community a better, more valuable, and family friendly place to live. I would highly recommend Leland Management for your community's needs.

Leland Management has been managing the HOA for my community since May 2008. They are extremely efficient and easy to work with. Whenever I have a question I simply pick up the phone or send a quick email to my representative (Lisa Dixon) and she handles the issue within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Leland as a company for managing a condominium association. My experience is clearly a lot different than the other reviews posted here on yellowpages. I would describe the company as extremely professional and service oriented.

I have had very good dealings with Leland Management. Having been on the Board of Directors for multiple associations I have had the opportunity to work with a number of Management companies and without a doubt Leland has been the best. The managers that have been assigned to our account have always gone out of their way to provide support to our board and to the residents in the community.
