sorry, this might be YPs fault, and the girl I talked to sounded SO cute, but I already decided that I would give this one star if my SEARCH turned out to be a SCAM: I typed Buy Sell Gold Silver Bullion, in YPs OWN SEARCH BOX, NOT on a search site... and KAY came up FIRST... and I just KNEW they were NOT bullion traders... and sure enough, she tells me, we dont sell bullion... so yah, ZERO stars if I could... I CANT STAND when searches produce BOGUS or PAID listings THAT WASTE MY TIME AND BATTERY

I would not go here. I wish they had a Kay Jewelers that was good that was closer to me, but unfortunately not. I went here to get my rings rhodium plated and I was treated very rudely throughout the process by multiple people. I had originally bought both rings there. I have spent a lot of money with them and am consistently disappointed. I have known exactly what I have wanted and been ready to pay, but I get people that don't like their job. I dread having to go here, but I have the extended service agreement with Kays.
