Absolutely the worst customer service since management change prior I purchased weekly and will never again. Zero stars uf possible

Their delivery time was just a little under an hour, bur when the pizza showed up it was great!! Generous with the toppings and tasty dough. A small shop, family operated focused on quality.

Very disappointing experience. I really tried to like them the pizza isn't bad but the service was a joke. Pizza was so greasy the box busted. The delivery guy gave me wrong order. When the guy ran back to his car he had me hold the other persons pizza. He got mine and placed the other persons box ON THE GROUND. When I called to complain the cook yelled at me wouldn't let me talk and then hung up. After hanging up they disconnects the phones for thirty mins. Sad part subs are good.

Been eating their pizza for 15 years..Authentic old fashioned pizza... dough made fresh every day!! Recently they have renamed the place Brazilian Village but they still have the same great food as always plus a few new items with a Brazilian twist. Delivery can take 40 minutes but the pizza doesn't taste like cardboard like the franchised places that get their dough delivered once a week....blahh!!!

They used to have quality pizza and service. Recently I recommended them to my company for several pizza parties. We ordered a min. of 10 pies. On 2 occasions, they have been 1 hour late in delivering the pies. When you call, they say the driver left. When the pizza arrived, it was warm not hot, it tasted like a cardboard sheet with a thin sheet of cheese over it. Not tasty at all. Too bad when a business owner forgets the main reason why he's in food business to begin with: quality ingredients; fresh cheese & sauce, friendly service, delivered hot and on time!!

I will NEVER patronize this shop again. I placed an order for delivery was quoted a delivery time of 45min-1 hour. 1 hour later I called to see where the food was and was told that the driver left 35 minutes prior. So I waited 10 more minutes and called again this time to cancel my order because I figured if the driver left 45 minutes ago the food would be cold by the time that it reached me. I spoke calmly because I realize that things happen and I really wasnt upset- I just did not want to eat cold food. I wasn't upset until the OWNER started yelling at me over the phone, calling me rude and telling me that he doesnt need my business and never to call there again. He then hung up on me (which he did twice more when I called to let him know that I was not upset and that he was overreacting). So since he does need my business, he will NEVER GET IT AGAIN! (I have been buying food from this very rude man for many years!) Please don't eat there!
