Provided by YP.comThe buyers mortgage company hired Hoffman appraisal to do the appraisal on our home. We had new vinyl energy star windows installed six months prior. On our appraisal report they indicated I had aluminum windows in average condition. There was no value given for the windows or the energy efficiency the windows provided. Our appraisal was way under our sell price. US News says new vinyl windows have a 74% return on investment. I got zero due to the incompetence of Hoffman Appraisal
