My family and I were having health issues for a while now and after talking with my doctor we thought it could be mold. I didn't know anything about mold or testing or who to call so I looked on the internet and saw that Healthy Home Environmental Services had good reviews. I called and spoke to Sally who was very nice and told me they could be out THAT DAY! Talk about a good company. We don't live in Orlando either we live out in Daytona. Dana came out and did the inspection and was very knowledgeable. He told me that him and his wife run the company which I love. Sometimes when you work with a huge organization or company you are just another number. But they were so personable. Sally even explained to me about environmental toxins like air fresheners and bleach. I had no idea they were so toxic! We had them in every room! She told me how her daughter suffered being sick her whole life and it wasn't until switching to natural products that she was well again. Within a few days we had a detailed report from Healthy Home with the lab results and protocol suggestions. The mold count was very high and dangerous and Dana advised we not stay in the home until it was taken care of. Since then we have all started feeling much better. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning to end.

I needed an inspection on my rental unit done in a quick timeframe, and Healthy Home delivered! In addition to performing the inspection within my schedule, they were very thorough, and professional in their interaction with me. They were very prompt in supplying me with the appropriate documentation I needed for my condo association, and being available either by phone or e-mail. As a bonus, the findings report was available with the lab results just a few days later. I never had to wait more than an hour for a courteous response from their staff. Just a fantastic experience!
