Unprofessional and unethical business practices. James Golden drinks heavily and has missed work due to bar fights. Peter Barts likes to discuss his female conquests, bring them to the office, and then expects staff to clean up after them. The Engineer that certifies their plans does not review them fully and they are more about flashy looks then quality. There is a reason they cannot keep principles. If you use them review everything before you let them submit any plans. They have had over 1000 comments one set of submitted plans due to spotty work. They blame their team rather then themselves and use them as scapegoats in order to explain their bad work. They have fired employees and then have not provided them with their final pay check or tried to hide overtime pay. They have fired employees and stated that poor work performance was the reason only to hire them back as contractors and brag that it's cheaper that way. If you're looking for an ethical company that does good work go elsewhere.
