awesome quality ans service

My experience was horrible, not only did the Lake Mary location destroyed my fav top that was worth a lot, but no1 wanted to take responsibility between 2 managers &the owner from the Orlando golden touch cleaners. The lady couldn't provide me with a policy. No1 would return my phone calls, except twice.& to be taken seriously I had to pop up and ask for updates. When it 1st happened thankfully I asked 1of the workers to write a written letter saying she saw b4&after and damage was indeed done. If I didn't do that I don't think I would of ever got paid. After a week& a half later, a police visit and threats of taken them to court I finally got 1/3 rd of what the shirt was worth. Not only that but they won't give me my shirt back& the manager in Orlando refuses to talk to me and tell me why. The owner hasn't called me since I called twice and left messages for him to call me back. Maybe they forgot I took pictures for proof when I first saw it. Idk but it's frustrating!!
