Genuine Carpet Care was at my house this morning, and I have to say they're amazing. The quote given to me over the phone ($100-$120) was what I paid ($120) for 3 bedrooms, a small hallway, a living room, and a dining room. There were some horrible stains across the carpet in the living room when we moved in, and we were expecting to have to replace the carpet, but he got everything out except the paint (which was our fault, we were careless painting when we thought we were going to replace the carpet). The guy was great; he was friendly, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. He also moved the couches and such so he could clean under them too, not just around.



I'll be honest, I had called three places and left messages to get quotes. I selected this company because they were the only ones to call me back (and I don't feel that I should have to chase someone down to give them my business). I may have selected them at default, but I don't regret it.

Very friendly staff! Prompt & courteous, great work on my carpets! I would recommend them to anyone!
