First of all, they answer my call on the spot and schedule the cleaning promptly. The customer service was good. Thy arrive on time. He call me on his way. I saw how they steam the carpets and they use professional commercial equipment. His Truckmount was clean and organize. ( I am picky and I see everything) lol.
The cleaning itself was efficient. I request an additional service because the carpets need it. He used a scrubber and treated some pet stains. I'm really pleased with the service. Thank you
