I took the opportunity to read the reviews before our family decided to go to their establishment.And I notice all the reviews were very bad.So,when we all showed up for the birthday party for our God Son; It wasn't what I expected to walk into.I can say that we had a issue with our food we ordered and the MANAGER did replace the food but not quit like we expected.But we were pleased enough.The bowling, shoe rental and food wasn't so bad after all.I can say for my first visit WE had a ball and would return.Maybe the other negative comments may have been true but, they surely have tried to change the atmosphere. Thanks
