I just switched to falcon after firing my previous lawn company (too much arguing about what they are supposed to do and what’s extra, etc) I am very happy with the service from falcon and I’ve referred them to several neighbors. They are really good about getting a tech the same day I call, if not the next day and they always tell me who’s coming and when they;ll be here. And best of all, no smug guy demanding I pay extra for something that SHOULD be included. Overall I’m very impressed with them.

Falcon Termite & Pest Control is absolutely fantastic! While on vacation in Orlando I discovered my hotel room had bed bugs and while my friend and I were able to move to a different hotel, we were very concerned we would inadvertintely bring the bed bugs home with us. While we washed and dried all of our clothes (heat kills all life stages of bed bugs), my father called around from home to find a pest control company that could help ensure our belongings were pest-free. Thankfully, he came across Falcon and passed along their information.



After speaking with Louis, the owner, about our bed bug situation, he arranged for Scott, one of the technicians, to come out early that afternoon to inspect all of our belongings for signs of bed bugs. Scott did a thorough job inspecting our belongings and our new hotel room for signs of bugs and treated our luggage and shoes with steam as a precaution against any stowaway bed bugs. Most importantly, Scott's inspection and treatments provided us with peace of mind that we were bed bug free so we were able to enjoy the remainder of our vacation.

No longer was it brown and straw-like, it turned that lovely green you see on TV lawns, and its stayed that way. I am proud to recommend this company.

We utilze Falcon for their Pest Control and Lawn Care Services. After moving into our new home in October, we had ants in our guest room and a lawn that left much to be desired. We found Falcon online, called them up, and had service set up for the following day. They have delivered on everything they promised (no more ants, green yard) and I couldn't be more pleased.
