I rented a car from the Orange City location and returned it to the Narcoosee Rd location in Orlando. When I pulled in, I was guided immediately where to go and there was a crew of agents waiting to assist me with my luggage and checkout. One agent had a handheld computer and checked me out in less time than it took for me to get myself out of the car! They were more than courteous, they were friendly, while remaining professional. They were busy, but I never felt the impact. I was in and out faster than I ever imagined. The system ran like a clock.
