Great Experience!

I was impressed at the service here in Orlando. I go to Florida about 5 times a year and I always rent a car. This was my first time with enterprise and I couldn't believe how fast the process went. They were extremely friendly. I rented the car for a month initially but only used 3 weeks of it. I brought to the managers attention and he gave me a credit of a week and he was very understanding. I will definitely use this car rental place again.

Rented a car for 6 days in Orlando, Fl 2 weeks ago. The staff was all friendly and helpful, however the car we received smelled volatile. It was as if there was a diesel flavored air freshener that permeated the Dodge Charger. My wife and I drove the car for a few days hoping the smell would go away but it did not. We returned the vehicle and were given another one without much hassle. I am surprised however that they let us take the first car off of the lot. Cars shouldn't smell like gasoline, and if they do something is usually wrong... I would rent again but be careful before you drive a car off the lot.

Great customer service provided by ERAC! Very swiftly and efficiently went through the process of receiving our SUV. We were upgraded to an SUV from a PCAR..which more fit our needs. Our ERAC specialist got us in and out quickly and on our way to vacation. Car was fully fueled..very clean..and odor free!

Car was great. Car lot agents were great. Car dropped off counter agents were great (another city). So why the three stars? Counter service at MCO needs more training and here's why - I was the only one in the regular line. One person waiting in Plus line. Both agents were busy. First free agent calls over to the person waiting in the Plus line. Another person lines up in the Plus line. The second now free agent calls the person over from the Plus line. Luckily no other person came in the Plus line so I was called next. So what do you think, should the second free agent called me first before the other Plus member?

We booked the car ahead of time, which was good because when we got there, they were not taking walk ups. The car we rented was a new Chevy Impala. It was the size we needed and didn't smell of smoke (huge plus). Returning the car was easy, almost too easy - we left the car parked in the garage with the key in the ignition! I loved that we got the recipet via email as soon as they checked the car in. We will be using this service again!

Totally impressed by the service by the Orlando Airport Enterprise Rental Car team! They walked us to the car which was very clean. Very satisfied with the cost as well. Plan to be a return customer.

Simple and easy. Rented a Corvette convertible, had my pick of two. Car was new and clean. Very simple return. Reasonably priced. What's not to love? I use them whenever possible. Now if only they added a few Ferraris to the fleet!

It seems the big rental car companies have the customer service experience pretty close to perfection especially at airports. Enterprise is a company Ive been loyal to for many years because of their consistency.

Great service, pick up and drop off very smooth and best price for the car of any of your competitors. Keep up the good work....I will be back for more of the same.

Rented a Challenger. Great price. However, it was dirty and spotty from the carwash. Really poor job on a dark gray car... The radio had two channels only, not working really. Both employees we came in contact with, intake and check-in, were very pleasant. Our check-in lady took 40.00 off for the radio when I mentioned it. Loved the car, by the way. Would rent from them here again in Orlando.

I'll gladly give 4 stars. On a recent 4-day trip to Orlando, I reserved a Chevy Volt. I have never driven one so I was very excited that Enterprise had one available. But to my disappointment, when I arrived, the car was there, but the keys weren't. Apparently the driver who brought the car up for rental had inadvertently taken the keys with him when he left so there were no keys for me to rent the vehicle with and no other Volts for me to take. :-( Bummer. I was thoroughly disappointed. The customer service manager on duty (don't recall his name) felt my pain and in an attempt to make me happy, told me to pick ANY available vehicle that I could see in the lot (except the Premium Cadillacs, which I understood). So I opted for a Mustang. Even though I wasn't getting the gas mileage and driving experience I was hoping for, the power and sexiness of the Mustang helped to ease the pain in my heart. Lol. I applaud the customer service mgr for giving me that option. He understood that my happiness with Enterprise was paramount and was willing to make the financial sacrifice to keep my business. The Mustang rented at twice the rate that the Volt did but it was a quick trip and I was expected to bring the car back before the weekend so I don't think that Enterprise was missing much by letting me rent the sports car to keep me happy. I would have given 5 stars but I have to remember that they did mess up my original reservation. :-) Go Enterprise!

We walked into the enterprise office and were expecting the worse since it was the holiday season. To our surprise they were fast and even though there was a long line they got us to our car quickly. The car was clean and the employees were courteous. Drop off was equally as fast and we will be using enterprise on our next trip.

Fast, very courteous team. Car was very nice. The lady that wouldn't let me out of the airport garage after dropping my family off on the day I was due to return was the only issue I had.

They were very fast, organized, went above what I expected and got the make/model I asked for. No messing around at pick up or drop off.

I will be using them again.

Organized, fast, friendly, reasonable prices, and courteous service. Was very accommodating. Enterprise offers a good selection of cars. They are clean and up to date.

The rental process was easy. The staff were courteous and helpful. They gave us a Ford Fusion which performed beautifully. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely use Enterprise again!

I believe this group is very unorganized. You check into one counter only to have to go to another counter we had reservation for two premium cars only to get there and they only had one. Was offered a non premium car at the same rate I was paying for the better car, no discounts. So we waited till one came in. Was lied to at first counter about putting additional drivers on policy. Was offered another car but when we said yeah we'd take it guy tried to scam us for $300 more wasted over 2-3 hours of our time. I won't rent at this place again.
