Great service as always. Was in a car and on my way within minutes. Plus upgraded to a corvette for next to nothing.

I used the convenient kiosk in the rental agency area of the terminal and was able to skip the line and go directly to the garage where I was met by an employee who knew my name and took me to my car. Everything was so smooth and easy, including the return check-in.

Great service. In and out quick and easy. Prices very good at Orlando Airport, much better than back home in Pa. Will always use enterprise.

We have always had a good experience with Enterprise. The last time we rented a vehicle from Enterprise, we were upgraded to a Cadillac SUV for no additional charge. The service to rent and return is always done expeditiously. I will continue to rent a vehicle from Enterprise.

Customer service went above and beyond. Gentleman at service counter was so patient answering questions regarding the tolls. After checking in he personally walked us to the lot to pick up our car. The lady that helped us pick out our car had just started and was very pleasant also and explained everything. We have never been disappointed renting from Enterprise.

I was stuck in Orlando for 2 days due to Blizzard Jonas. The hotel I was staying at had Hertz rental service but the prices were way too high. I searched on Kayak app and Enterprise had a reasonable rate and was able to make reservations straight from my phone.



Pickup was easy. They had a convenient kiosk at the airport. I printed my receipt and headed straight to the car rental area. I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff number whom showed me the car right away. I was in and out within 10 min of arriving at the airport.



Drop off: It was back at Orlando airport where I had originally picked up the car. I was in and out in less than 5 min with a printed receipt as well.



I will definitely use Enterprise again. (just not in New York City. Car rentals in NYC are ridiculously expensive)

They worked with my needs

I had a strange experience. I booked on Enterprise website but all of the updates on my phone came from National so I was confused about where to go. Had to wait in line at Enterprise to get to a car. Once I got the car it was a long line to get checked out. The price was good however.

Easiest, fastest car rental experience I have ever had. Pre-completed some of the required info on my phone on the way to the counter, which was in the airport. Car was brought to me, and off we went. Return was just as easy, and no surprise fees. Highly recommended.

Big airport but big selection of vehicles. Enterprise is streamlined and they greet you personally and take you (walk you) to your vehicle and answer any questions you have. I was thoroughly impressed. The only downside is not with Enterprise but with Orlando. Prepare to pay tolls almost everywhere you go. I got around them by going on frontage roads and others via a GPS that was avoiding tolls but it was tough even for an updated Garmin. Enjoy!

Reservations are easy, service courteous, but still not as fast as with some of the competitors. Nevertheless, I like renting with Enterprise.

The initial booking of the van was very easy but when I picked up the van I learned it was NOT straightforward. I had rented a 15 passenger van online and was told it would be $74 for the day after taxes. After arriving to pick up the van I was told there is mandatory insurance I had to purchase because regular insurance doesn't cover 15 passenger vans. This added another $20 to the price and then they added another surcharge that brought my total to $120 for the day for something I had originally agreed to $74 for. Had I not been in a rush at the airport I would have fought this but just couldn't so ended up paying this steeply increased price.

They were fast efficient and provided some great tips. Check in and check out were easy. I like that they had hourly rental on the 3rd day due to the fact I wouldn't be renting the whole day. Most others charge full day. Would rent from them again.

Customer Service was outstanding. I purchased a premium car specifically to get the Chrysler 300. They did not have one, but offered to upgrade for the same price. I declined and settled for a 2016 Charger and was not disappointed!

Drop off was effortless and less than 10 minutes.

Always a pleasurable experience with enterprise...no surprises, cheap prices and excellent customer service! In and out and great rewards program! Easy pick up and easy drop off. This time we took to Austin from Orlando with no drop off charges and unlimited mileage! Perfect! Always the newest cars too!

We chose to rent a car in Orlando because it was cheaper than the cost of shuttle fees to and from the airport. The customer service on site was wonderful. We did run into a couple problems though. Upon arrival, they didn't have a car that fit our request so we got an upgrade, but we had to pay the upgrade cost, which defeated the whole point of us trying to save money. They did wave the gas cost, but because we only drove to and from the airport, there was no real benefit. Finally, upon returning we realized my husband left some belongings in the car. When I attempted to call (while he ran back down to the rental area) it took several attempts to navigate the automated system just right to actually speak to someone at the Orlando location to ask about the missing things. This obviously isn't an issue with the Orlando staff, but with Enterprise's phone setup. If you needed to speak to someone onsite urgently, it's not easy to do. Overall we would certainly rent with Enterprise again, I would just hope nothing went awry.

First time I used Enterprise in Orlando. Incredibly fast check in. Had my car and free upgrade in less then 5 minutes. No pressure for add on's from the employees. When I returned the car the process was extremely smooth as well. Will definitely use Enterprise on my next trip

Wow! Fast service. Cheapest prices around, and we got a BRAND NEW car to drive!!! Would definitely recommend.

Wow! Enterprise Rent-A-Car at MCO - Orlando International Airport was an awesome experience. Daniel, Enterprise Agent, was extremely helpful. After airlines lost our luggage, we met Daniel at the Enterprise vehicle pick up area and he was able to get us a vehicle that would suit our needs for our trip. He was a pleasure to help our family get situated and sent us on our way very happy. I will definitely come back to Enterprise at MCO and other branches. Thank you Daniel and Enterprise for making this a great experience.
