I have rented a car with this site 3 times in last 6 months and each time has been a pleasure. Its been a smooth transaction each time I pick up and return. Thanks again I look forward to coming in soon.

In and out in 10 minutes, adapted to my changed plan with no issue. Upgraded from sub to midsize, wow, couldn't have gone better.

the minus, price $10 higher than quote for whatever?

Enterprise car rental in Orlando airport Florida. Id number emerald qhqf3bm rented car on January 31 2016 returned February 28 2016. Type of service when getting there was very good and return was very good. Spoke to a agent at enterprise office and that was also very helpful. Overall I would give a 5 . Thank you.

Awesome! All employees were excellent ! From reservations to the return of the car was flawless! Car was very clean.

The check-in and return were flawless. Very quick and efficient. My only complaint (and I am only writing this review in hopes that someone reads this from Enterprise and calls me back), but my complaint is this:



I made the mistake of leaving a white gift bag full of my 'travel cables' (iPad, iPhone, Surface chargers, etc.) in the car I returned.



I contacted the local Orlando Enterprise office. The person who answered, asked me to 'hold please'. I did so for 34 minutes, then someone hung up on my call without saying another word. I have not had an opportunity to call again, but am hoping that someone reads this and calls my cell phone at 513-720-9499 to help me try to find the bag.



I would never have posted this review, had Enterprise not sent me an email asking for a review.



If you can help me find it (or at least reply back to me), I will gladly follow up and write another review based on the outcome.

Service is great no waiting on line,the staff very nice and professional.Big selection of vehicles,including exotic ones,unbelievable.The Corvette Stingray was perfect to go to the DAYTONA 500,I had a blast,thank you ENTERPRISE.

I rent from Enterprise for their one on one service and to NOT have to wait at long rental car counter lines. However my recent trip to Orlando had me waiting 20 minutes to get my car out in the garage - very understaffed that evening.

i HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE CAR THEY ORIGINALLY GAVE ME HAD LOW VISIBILITY SO I ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT CAR. THEY GAVE ME AN UPGRADE ACTUALLY INTO A SUV. THE SUV WAS VERY CLEAN BUT THE WINDOWS WERE DIRTY AND SPOTTED I HAD SOME DEBRE FROM THE HIGHWAY FLY UP AND DO SOME DAMAGE. BECAUSE I HAD INSURANCE IT WAS QUICK AND EASY. ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE.

Great service! Pick up at airport was quick and easy, we even got an upgrade to a mini-van. Drop off was even quicker!!

We rented a car at the Orlando Airport for a conference. The service was excellent. The car was impeccable.



On the last day, we developed a medical emergency and my wife was hospitalized. I called to extend the rental time for an unlimited amount of time because of the unknown forecast of my wife's illness. The customer service rep was exceptionally great, and we had no issues extending our rental time.



We have rented from Enterprise in all of our trips and vacations except in 2014, and we had a terrible experience with the other company. We made it a point to rent this time again from Enterprise, and we are so glad we did! We would never make the mistake of renting from any other company ever again, you has always met and exceeded our expectations.

Because of a weather-related change in travel plans, we had to reserve a car in Orlando last minute. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone at Enterprise Orlando was polite and professional and eager to please. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. It was about the only thing that went smoothly the whole day. Thank goodness for Enterprise.

As always, the service at Enterprise at Orlando International airport was great! As a frequent traveler to Florida, I wouldn't even consider any other car rental service.

Top notch, from beginning to end. They were able to adjust my pick-up date and even reimbursed me for the shorter rental period. I would use Enterprise again.
