My wife and I rented our car from Enterprise Orlando airport. Service was fast and the staff professional. Returning the car was just as fast and without problem. We were very pleased with the service and would use them again on our next trip.

Fast counter and car pick up and drop off.

We opted to get a full size Tahoe since we had ski equipment for 3 adults. Nice vehicle for our two week trip.

This is the second time renting from the MCO Enterprise agency. Always prompt and courteous service. After really looking at the charges I was a bit miffed at the litany of service charges added to the bill, for example 'tire usage'. I know I know that a lot of agency charge 'service charges' but it just seems a bit much when you see 4 to 5 of them on the bill. Otherwise, I'll always choose Enterprise! Fast and Courteous!

First time I had rented with them in years. By passed the desk, was met by two people. They didn't have my reservation, once I gave them my reservation number, I was escorted to the vehicle. The reason for the escort, they tried the hard sell on the insurance. Once I had the vehicle I had to show my license once again to the checkout lady, who also did not have my reservation. After a long day of traveling I found the redundancy in their system to be annoying.

After horrible treatment with dollar rent a car in Orlando I contacted Enterprise. As in the past Enterprise was a comfort and pleasure to work with. The price was 100.00 less than the original dollar cost and 500.00 less than the dollar (I screwed you) cost. From this point forward Enterprise will be my rent a car company. No ups, no extras. Professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Enterprise again you have saved the day.

Went anyone uses any other rental company is beyond me. I have rented in many locations over the years and never have I had even the slightest reason to complain about anything. Customer service and value is always above my expectation.

The service is amazing, everone there is very friendly and make you feel at home when you get there . Renting a car was very quick and sufficient.

Enterprise was quick, efficient and had great automobiles to choose from. Service was friendly and I was in and out of MCO airport quicker than expected. I highly recommend Enterprise.

Flew into MCO, added three additional days onto our rental, no hassels. Free uograde to larger vehicle. Easy in and out process!

Not a bad place to rent from but we pretty much got ran in circles when we had a question so that got annoying and we got stuck with not the greatest car, it squeaked every time we turned the wheel or had to speed up. I would still book through them but I expected more than what I got out of them.

Easy to pick up and just as easy to drop off!!! Love the location at the airport and no hidden costs.

It was very good experience of renting a car with enterprise. I was totally satisfied with the service they offer . I will defiantly go another time with enterprise . They customer services is amazing .

We were upgraded, very nice. But when we dropped the car off, the guy did a walk around, and said everything was fine and sent us on our way. The next day we received a phone call from enterprise, saying we damaged the car. Then accused us of taking the car to a body shop to get it repaired. My boyfriend and I were both very confused because we had definitely not damaged the car and we had driven over 1200 miles. How could we have possibly had time to repair the car? All said and done, they sent the claim to a third party, and everything was dropped. We are both happy that it was dropped, but it doesn't really make up for the stress and anxiety, and endless phone calls to figure this out. We will probably never rent from this company again.
