Had not used them in years as was using another company with my company's frequent renter program. Had to use them as only option in an emergency in SC and was wow'd by their assistance that I tried them again on a biz trip with special requirements. No problems!!! Recommend.

Very easy experience. A little confusion on the pick up as they were looking for the premium SUV we reserved - but ended up with an upgrade for free. They initially tried to get us to upgrade for a fee and when we refused and told them we would wait for our reserved car - they gave it to us for free. Drop off was SIMPLE! Overall a good experience.

Worse car rental experience ever. Every two weeks for 2 hours in the early morning, the entire computer system shuts down for Enterprise and its sister companies (Alamo etc), and the employees do everything manually. I arrived in Orlando at 2AM and unfortunately it was in this time span where the computers have a scheduled shut down. The wait to rent the car was very long, approximately 45 minutes. The employee did the paperwork incorrectly. When I went to drop off the car in Miami, I was at the customer service desk for 1.5 hours trying to figure out how to properly return the car. The workers there wouldn't even do it for me, and made me call and be stuck on the phone with customer service for an hour. Apparently, the employee in Orlando did not attach the car to my reservation and thus the employees in Miami were unable to "close" the reservation. This was extremely inconvenient for me and I missed a work obligation trying to figure this out. I am very unsatisfied with the service.

Picking up my car was no problem, but when I returned it, it was a battle. I drop the car off at 8pm and no one is there to take it from me. No one around knew where I had to go to get a receipt for the vehicle and they told me to go to multiple booths to do it. Dropping off your car should take no more than 10 minutes, but it took 30 minutes to just find a person who knew what they were doing. Overall, very frustrated by the process when it was peak time.

Enterprise is my favorite rental car company. However, they often only have one agent at the counter, and a line of people waiting for service. One of the kiosk was not working, and the other one was slow and ultimately did not work any better despite being in service.



Three persons were working the remittance of cars, which went smoothly.

I can only concur with the understaffing/wait time at MCO. What line to stand at was unclear. My expected upgrade was unavailable as there was only one car left. Do any of the companies clean windshields anymore?

Enterprise is a premium rental company. Cars are smoke free (no foul smoke odors) and clean when picked up. Customer service is great, as always. I've been using Enterprise for many years now and will continue to do so as long as they maintain their great service. You pay a little more than other rental companies, but it's worth it in my opinion. I highly recommend using them if you haven't tried them yet. Kudos to them.

The closing time was our initial concern since our plane landed late. Then we were told most of the cars had been rented so we didn't have much of a selection. Ended up with a 4Runner but it had no key fob with the key. This was very inconvenient. Overall service we received was good.

I've definitely had better experiences with Enterprise. It was late when we got in to Orlando and it seemed there was not enough staff to handle the number of people renting cars. If it was a situation where people had not reserved a car in advance, it's more understandable than if reservations are on the books and the operation chooses to not staff it appropriately.

Counter was swamped, only one person on duty, many people tried kiosk w/out success. Customer in front of me tried & I told him I'd hold his place in line, but he was successful as was I. That at least was good, but I had already been in line for 20 min. It took another 25 minutes for me to get my car. Not quick by any means. Clearly not enough staff to handly the amt of customers for the busy Easter holiday! I have had much better service in the past. Car still had papers from last customer plus it had not been vaccuumed. Return was smooth and quick.

Overall, not a great experience. The Kisok could not handle my transaction, or those of the next 3 people who tried. I wasted my first 15 minutes with that and lost my place in the long line for the counter.

Grossly understaffed. This was a spring break week and there was only one agent at the counter. She had to work two lines and answer the phones.

When my turn finally came, she said that the kiosk couldn't handle my transaction because in FL you don't have to put a spouse onto the rental. The kiosk shouldn't have been programed to ask that and then jam up when you try to enter what it is asking for.

The next problem came when she couldn't find my reservation ( the kiosk could find it). So I was then sent outside to talk to the person in the garage who was also working a position that should have had several people. When our turn came, she did a great job. Otherwise this would have been a 1 star.

Overall, I'd say, If it's a busy time, rent from another company.

My company has an affinity relationship with Enterprise so I use them weekly for day trips and monthly for week long trips all over the country. The Orlando location was understaffed for the traffic the weekend prior to Easter. We waited in one line inside for 35 minutes and then went outside and stood for another 45 minutes before we were assisted. The premium car we had reserved was no longer available......apparently they did not manage their inventory well. The rep placed us in a Hyundai Santa Fe (as an upgrade according to him) which had no horsepower on the highway and left us feeling uncertain about traveling in heavy traffic. This was unacceptable but at 11:00pm, there was not much choice since we still had hours ahead of us to travel. The staff we dealt with were friendly; however the management of this site needs to examine 2 key elements of customer service: wait times and fulfilling customer reservations. Very negative experience due to those two facts.
