I've been dealing with enterprise since the 80s. They always over deliver and never over promise. It's the easiest part of my travel experiences.

Such a pleasant experience with Enterprise both at pick up and drop off. They did not have an economy car so they gave us a mini-van for no extra charge. Staff very friendly. Pick up and drop off was quick.

Made my reservation online for a standard vehicle. I wanted a convertible but none were available online at the time. We arrived in Orlando International airport, check in at the rental desk was quick and easy. On our way to pick up our rental, I mentioned to the Enterprise staff that a convertible would've been nice but none were avaialable online. He said he had one availbalbe now, one nod and 3 minutes later he was back with it ready to go. The Camaro was a great ride, no complaints. The drop off process was so fast and conveinient too. Pulled up, got our luggage out, staff printed out a receipt and we were on our way. Thanks for the great service Enterprise Orlando team!!!

Mostly good. I did receive misinformation about being able to use my debit card when I picked up the rental. I had called to confirm details weeks prior to arrival for pick up of the rental car.

Everything went very smoothly. Easy, fast rental, on site at the airport. Got the vehicle that was requested. Excellent price.

My experience with Enterprise was awesome! The customer service and selections were exceptional! This is the only company that I will rent with.

Longtime Enterprise user. Car at MCO Orlando was smoke filled - was only car full size on a tuesday noon. We traded it downstate next day - took awhile, a lost couple of hours on a Florida week vacation. 2nd car much better - still surprised at getting 1st car the way it was -

Travelled from new york to orlando on april 2016 and I did my car reservation prior to my traveling date over the phone. I arrived in orlando at 9:30pm and i thought it would take long to get the car but the process was fast and accurate. The agent was very helpful and answered all my questions. I originally did my reservation for an economy car because I wanted to save money on gas but unfortunately they didn't have an economy car available. But i did get an upgrade for a full size 2016 toyota in which I wasn't complaining, I didn't spend a lot of money in gas and it was very comfortable. Enterprise is the only car rental company that I liked so far, no complaints or bad experience like I've had in the past with other car rental businesses. Oh and when I did my reservation enterprise was having a promotion in which I only paid $123.77 for 9 days!!!! Thank you enterprise I was soooo happy for that, specially because i was on a budget.

My native language is Portuguese. It would be nice if the Enterprise employees speak more slowly in order to enable a better understanding in the service to tourists. A fact that left me a bit disappointed was one of the car's tires be low. Overall I classify my experience with Enterprise as good.

Process was quick and efficient, I was offered a selection of convertibles and was in and out within 20 minutes

Car was missing two caps for tire pressure valves, and the other two were very loose. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me. The previous time I was in Western Michigan when the tire pressure light went on, after getting the car at the Detroit airport, and the Enterprise road service people said there was nothing they could do since it was too far from the airport to send me another car. Enterprise, please put the tire valve caps on your maintenance check list before the car is released for rental. Customers, check for the tire valves caps as you are circling the car looking for damage. Otherwise the car was in good shape and clean.

Just awful. I had a 14.94 enterprise on-line reservation. The agent does the contract and charges me 70.00 some odd dollars. After 15 minutes of wasting my time they redo it. When I turned in the car in Ocala the next day the rep says Orlando messed up your contract you will have to "talk" to them to get it straight.



Here in lies the BID problem. When you call the airport the phone rolls over to the 800 number and you never get to talk to the airport location. The 800 number folks say "you have to talk to the airport location, we can't help you" Well after 5 days and hundreds of attempts to get through I get an e-mail saying my rate was adjusted. The worst service ever. STAY AWAY PEOPLE !

Fast, convenient and a good value. The rental car was very clean and we had no mechanical problems. Check-in was quick. The agent that met us in the garage was nice enough to drive the car from the space to us so that we didn't have to walk the distance with our suitcases. We will definitely rent from Enterprise in Orlando again.

Comfortable Nissan Altima. Friendly service both with picking up the vehicle and returning it to another location.

Wanted a compact car and got a Chevy Volt. Electric/Hybrid with a flaky gas system. Filled it to the top with gas when returning and it showed 3/4 full, Enterprise clerk could not read the gas gauge and said she always had problems. I rented the car for 26 hours and drove about 3 hours. Low tire light came on and clerk was not concerned. This Enterprise does great business so I may try again next time I am in on business trip.

The service at this location is great, much faster and more efficient than many other Enterprise locations. Staff is very friendly. However, the car I had was AWFUL. We got a mini-van from this same location 2 years ago, and it was very nice and had DVD players in back for my kids. However, this time, the van we got was several years old, wasn't clean inside OR out, reeked of cigarette smoke, and had almost 40,000 miles on it. No DVD player, no USB outlets, no bluetooth, no satelitte radio. It was like I got a car out of a junkyard. I was SO disgusted and disappointed, but at that point, we had no other options. So, I drove an old, dirty, smelly van for TWO WEEKS and paid almost a thousand bucks for the privilege to do so. At that point, they had me over a barrel. I'm in Orlando, thousands of miles from home, with my kids for a vacation. I had NO choice but to drive off in the ONLY mini-van they had to offer. Not cool Enterprise, definitely picking another company next time.

Excellent!! As I arrive to pick up my minivan at your counter in (Orlando International airport) all your personnel were polite,curtious,knew exactly what I needed. After getting my reservation papers i was directed to pick up my vehicle, the personal there were super nice they even took pictures in one of the cars park with my wife and me.

The vehicle was fabulous clean and its performance was excellent

(I just forgotten a pair for sunglasses they were left by my wife by mistake in one of the glovecompartment hope I can get them back).

Other wise I am satisfied with Enterprise and I will always rent a vehicle from you

I will like to receive a membership card so it would be easier when I go to any establishment of Enterprise. I want to know how much points I have.

Fantastic experience!!! Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Very quick and easy process. The price was also great.

I have rented with other companies in the past. In the future I will only rent from Enterprise when in Orlando.

After several experiences, decided some time ago to never rent with anyone else. For my short trip to Orlando, Enterprise did not disappoint (as usual!)

The service was excellent: Quick, friendly and priced well. I will definitely be using them for all of my trips to Orlando.
