The Chrysler Town and Country we received from MCO was authentic compared to the one we received from SRQ and dropped off at MCO. It appeared to be a knockoff; not to mention, I left my laptop adapter in that one May 15th and when I return to the country two weeks later it was not found just as my tablet wasn't found February 22nd in a car I returned to SRQ.

Excellent customer service during the time processing of the rental car at the airport. It was made easy for customers to get the car (easier than other Enterprise branches). Never thought it was going to be that easy, even when car was returned also at the Orlando Int'l Airport. The only problem I encountered is to find the location when returning the car with the address 1 Jeff Fuqua Blvd. I had to change the address in my GPS to Airport Terminal instead to find where the car needs to be returned. Will surely recommend you to friends. I am still waiting for my points as Enterprise Plus member (since 2012).

Overall, I was not happy with the service provided. I chose to get a mid sized vehicle. Upon arrival, I payed the $200+ for the car. But when my fiancé and I got there, all the mid sized cars were gone except a Fiat.. Too small so the enterprise guy told us about getting a SUV.. He told us that the actual total ($400+) was added with the $200+ I had already paid so the the upgrade was only $200+... So we agreed on because that's what the guy (I believe his name is AJ) told us. When we came to return the car and pay the remainder, the cashier told us that he was wrong to tell us that and we had to pay the $400+ we were/are not prepared to do that. So I don't think that we'll be using enterprise again. It doesn't seem like anyone communicates with anyone else.. I was/am VERY upset.

We rented a mini-van from the Orlando airport for two weeks. Enterprise had the best price for what we were looking for, and we were very happy with the service we received. Time spent at airport counter was minimal, and we just had to walk out the doors and across the street to the parking garage to pick up our van, which was waiting for us. Dropping it off was even quicker. They took a quick look and gave us our receipt before we had even finished unloading all of our bags. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

The staff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Orlando airport was FANTASTIC! Not only did they honor an free upgrade coupon that I had, they escorted us to the my vehicle and helped me and family load our luggage into the vehicle, which by the way was very clean and in prime conditions. BTW, Friday (left) and Sandro (right), in picure, also thank you. We will definitely see you next time we are in Orlando.

I rented from Orlando International Airport the first week of May 2016. Everything went well as planned. I did not experience any problems with the Jeep that I rented.

Enterprise has been our go to rental car agency for several years. We especially appreciate the courteous, prompt service as well as the usual affordable prices. My only negative about Enterprise is that they do not give credit for truck rental to the car side of the business. Otherwise, even the truck rental was terrific. So happy with Enterprise.

Very easy check-in at Orlando airport, pleasant team member. Also for the car pick up, we were able to add insurance and the counter/sales staff at the airport pick up / drop off area was so friendly. She made it so easy and was really friendly. I love Enterprise' customer service.

Excellent service from the Enterprise team. They had our car ready ahead of my scheduled time, they were very thorough in the pre-rental walkthrough to identify any potential issues. Every person we dealt with was professional, efficient and kind. I would use this service again.

Easy to get to and from the airport and genuinely nice staff. They upgraded us at no additional cost and we had beautiful 2016 mustang to drive while visiting Florida. Would definitely use this car rental service again.

Excellent facilities and people as is typical. Extremely convenient from the baggage claim to the counter to the rental car and returns are equally accessible. The only negative comment would be occasional lengthy waits at the rental counter in the terminal. Overall, excellent!

We left the airport with was a ford focus hatchback. As we got down the road found it was running very rough. We made it to our condo but the second time we got in the car we were given a warning "this vehicle needs OIL"! We called Enterprise and asked for a new vehicle. Second vehicle ran no better than the 1st one, at least no warnings, ha. I'm wondering if these vehicles are being serviced on time. I'll stick with my preferred rental company. Sorry Enterprise you used to be my 1st preference & much better then this. Not sure if is just this location or not.

They were friendly and efficient! I was able to painlessly rent and return my vehicle which was in perfect condition.

Used enterprise out of Orlando Intl Airport...Amazing service both on pick up and drop off.Truly a breeze getting the car and returning it.Vehicle itself was top notch.Wouldn't use anyone else but enterprise.Great service!!!!

Enterprise was a little more expensive than some of the alternatives, but the car was great and so was the service. Worth the extra cost.

Easy as 123.....we needed a mini van for a family trip to Disney. Reserved it online. It took only minutes to pick up at MCO airport. It was a great van with zero issues. The drop off was even faster than the pick up, I had a receipt before our bags were even out of the van. I would recommend them without hesitation!

I have been pleased with Enterprise in all aspects of the car rental experience on every occasion I(we) have needed to rent a car. We would not consider renting from any other company if Enterprise is an option. Great company. Great cars. Great service.

When you didn't have the car I requested, the upgrade you provided was more than satisfactory. I will remain a loyal customer and also bought my care from Enterprise sales!
