Electronic creations installed my AV, Electronics, central vac system, alarm system over 14 years ago in my new home at the time. I have used them for follow up and upgrades and found them to be attentive and prompt in their replies- I highly recommend them for at least a competitive bid on your work-

Electronic Creations technicians are rude. This kind of install was my husbands idea and when i was asking questions about how things were going to work, the technicians acted put out and annoyed. I will definatly not use Electronic Creations again. We are now building another house in Lake Nona and we have chosen to go with another company for our AV needs. I suggest the same for everyone.

when I first moved to Orlando a few years ago, I hired Electronics Creations for my electronics upgrades and must say I was a little dissapointed with the service I received. At first they seemed very nice, but by the time everthing was done I could not stand the salesman. The installation turned out a disaster, and I have not used them since. I would not recommend them.

My initial consultation was very informative and helpful. Once my project was started, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.Followup service has been excellent. The technicians were helpful friendly and very knowledgable. I will use them again for all my future needs.
