My experience with Elaise medical SPA. I purchase 5 laisers package plus medical facial. the laiser technicians is provide this treatment very fast compare what would appropriate by the medical standards 20 minutes when the area that was heated with laser have to rest and then go through it again. It is just like not to provide quality treatment..

Let me start by stating that I have never written a bad review.. until now!  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.  Recently there was a groupon for Botox ($99 for 15 units or $239 for 45 units).  Before I bought the groupon, I called Elase and spoke to the receptionist telling her I didn't know how much to buy as I have never done Botox before.  The receptionist told me to buy the 45 units for $239 because you can bank the units if you don't use all of the Botox and use them on multiple visits. So I purchased the 45 units for $239.  A week later, I called Elase to schedule my appointment.  A new receptionist told me that the last receptionist was incorrect and I could not bank the units.  I said that I only purchased the most because she told me I could bank it.... She put me on hold and came back and said that they would honor what the first receptionist had said.  I said thank you and scheduled my appointment.  On appointment day, I went to Elase, filled out my paperwork and was seen surprisingly quickly.  The woman started explaining to me that I didn't need a lot, however, since I bought the 45 units she could spread it out all over my eyes and forehead.  I told her I only wanted it in a specific spot and that I would like to bank the rest of the units.  She told me they don't do that.  I said I spoke with 2 different receptionists and they both told me I could bank them.  She said I must have misunderstood them and she could not honor what 'I thought' they said.  She said that they did this groupon to get 'NEW' clients.  I walked out and called groupon for a refund.  I find what they did was borderline deceptive and a poor way of doing business.  I would not recommend to anyone!!!!

I wake up this morning thinking Oh I have appt today!!. but inside of me don't even want to go back but, my husband paid for my treatment, as a gift because of my facial hair so I need to go,, well so I decide to look for reviews and see if somebody else has something to said about them and i saw the review with title "STAY FAR AWAY" and is completly TRUE.. when i went for consultation OH MY GOD they treat you like a Queen ones you make the first payment forget about it your are one more like the other person said, ,,, then the consultant told me thatt if they do my face with the package of 8 treatment no more hair on my face,, YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! by my last visit i told her look I still have hair and you told me that by the end of treatment I will be hair free,, and the answer was that I will need more treatment which at the same time I paid for facial and brasilian which brasilian treatment is longer cause is every 6 weeks and facial every 4 weeks she still doing 3 xtra facial treatment on few spot not the whole face like to keep my mouth shut,, as today i still have hair on my face and today is my last treatment for brasilian and same with hair on my areas,, now the want to charge me money for more treatment and the excuse is " the blood flow and the muscle and stimulates the follicle.... what they don't explain that ,, no everything was no more hair,, By the way Im not like a wolf so' I paid $2,000.00 dollars

PEOPLE DON'T TAKE THE RISK WITH THIS PEOPLE ... I went to the center in Lake Mary Fl.

If you wish to spend a lot of money and be treated like cattle, then you've found your place! They are so nice to you on the consultation, but once you are in the door, you are just a number. They screwed up my Botox, the laser was never strong enough to make a difference and they tried to charge me a $25.00 no show fee for an appointment never missed. Then they felt it was getting a $25.00 no show fee was more important that the THOUSANDS of $$$$ we have spentwith them. The situation was treated very poorly. They do not believe their customer is valuable to them....they just move on to the next dumb bunny to walk in. Look for them to go out of business with this type of poor customer service in this economy! By all means, do not buy a package with them!
