I just didn't know what to do. I was getting married in 9 months and I still couldn't find a wedding gown. I searched the internet and went to all the bridal shops that I could think of and still no luck. A friend of my grandmothers asked if I had went to Edwards-Macy's. I hadn't heard of that store so I got directions and went. WOW!!! What a selection of all types of gowns from evening and special events to ANYTHING bridal. I thought if I couldn't find anything here...then I wouldn't find it anywhere. I was approached by a very professional and friendly lady,Charlene, and she asked all the right questions and knew exactly what I was looking for. I tried on about 6 dresses and had 3 possibles. WOW!!! This was a first in any store. I finally picked one and I ordered it as well as my bridesmaids and flowergirl dresses. My mom and grandmother also bought thier dresses there. It was a very pleasent and most reassured experience I've had in a bridal shop. I will tell anyone looking for a wedding dress to go to Edwards-Macy's. I had the best experience ever!!! Everyone that worked there was so accomodating with their customers and the seamstress, Jahan, was awesome with everything needing to be altered. I thank Irene for telling me about this little treasure in downtown Lakeland!!!

I am 40 years old and none treated me the way that Edwards-Macy-Brenner's/Brenner,s fashion bridal store did.

The store is runned by irane people who are very arrogant and non appreciative of american client and ammerican business .



Their costumer service the worst i have evre had in my life



Their items ,old used and very price.



their price 50-70% higher compere to Dave's bridal and other similar american stores



I will never use them i will never recomend them
