I highly recommend this place, don’t go anywhere else.

I’m a second time customer and as with the first time, they exceeded my expectations. I have a 93 Mustang LX that had suffered a hit and run occurrence a few weeks ago while parked, where the rear section of the passenger side quarter panel and the door had been warped and perforated really bad. Since the repair touch up paint wouldn’t have matched the original due to slight discoloration after four years, I was given a very good deal in the body repair and the $199 complete paint job special they have been running.

Initially I was a bit skeptical that they could somehow make it look the way it was because of how difficult it seemed to get it fixed. But lo and behold, they proved me wrong. The damaged section was repaired and unless you look really close, you can’t tell that it had been hit. And then the fresh topcoat of paint, wow! It looks just as it did coming out of the showroom back in 1993!

I had taken another Mustang I owned some years ago to a couple other paint shops and their work was far more expensive and in both occasions didn’t last but barely three years. This one still looked pretty good (with regular washings and occasional waxing) before the accident, and I know is going to last just as long, if not longer with the same TLC. For the repair and repainting of the car and delivered on the time promised (three days), all they charged was $366 and I seriously doubt you can find a better deal anywhere else.

So let James (the manager) and his crew at this Econo shop take care of your vehicle. I guarantee it, you won’t be disappointed.

Damage to leather seat

I took my car to Econo based on a referral. When I dropped my car off there was a small tear on the outside of the driver seat on the leather. When I went to pick the car there was tear in the driver seat about the shape of a triangle. When I pulled in the in the parking lot I noticed the car door on the driver side was open. There are several people standing around the car non worked at the shop so I thought.James later came over to the car. I asked James why was there to tear in the car seat. James said the tear had been there before because of markings on the leather. I told James the seat was not like this when I dropped off on Tuesday. James implied that the seat was torn already. James called his boss/supervisor/manager Sixto Santigo (legal name I dont believe) from a back area. Then only to tell me they were not going to fix. James asked do I expect him to look at all cars before they are dropped off. I would think if you move the car you have no choice but to notice any damages to the driver seat. I told James the car seat look like someone had something in there back pocket and this object produced the tear in the seat. James says only person who drove the car besides him was the painter. Neither admitted to putting a hole in the seat. MY SUGGESTIONS TO ANYONE WHO TAKE YOUR.CAR THERE MAKE NOTES OF ANY DAMAGES ON YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU ARE STUCK WITH A REPAIR TO DID NOT CAUSE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
