I went to Eye Associates of Orlando on Dec/17/2012 everybody is very polite and willing to help. Dr Michael Salinal is very professional, informative and knows what he's doing, on the other hand his sister Lisa Salinal NOT SO MUCH. I found out on that day I need classes so Lisa is in charge of that. Lisa was very polite and informative as well but not so much when it came to keeping up with my order. So she helped me pick a pair of glasses and ordered them on the spot, she told me it would take 7-10 days to get them, on Dec/24/2012 I called them and they said the glasses were not in yet, on Dec/31/2012 I called and they said the classes should be in tomorrow, on Jan/02/13 I called first they said they have the glasses but they have to check the prescription then after being on hold for over 20min they come back on the phone and let's me know that my glasses are not in yet, Lisa told me she called the place they ordered my frame and they will be sent any day now. On Jan/04/2013 I called and now Lisa tells me the frame I ordered has been on back order till Feb/25/2013 WTF! But I can pick the same frame in a different color and they will only take a few days to be done, she said when the color I want "Black" is available she will change them for me, I said ok let's do that. On Jan/11/2013 we go to there store and talk to Lisa about what's going on with my glasses she said they on back order?!?! I said to her last week you said you was going to order me what ever color they have in stock and when the black ones are back in stock you would change them what happened? She said oh I didn't know that's what you wanted lol So anyways I think they are very nice ppl but I will never buy glasses from them again.

They just want your money. Prices very high. Be aware, they offer you a $40 exam that is just a scam. DONT DO IT!! Plus, they will ask you to buy most expensive technilogy dont letting you know that they will not refund the money if you want to down-grade if you dont get used to that technilogy. Dont waste your time going here. Worse place ever!! They seem very friendly but at the end, they are not.
