Called last night to have someone come out bc my AC is not working, he could not come out last night but said he could make it out this morning, I went ahead and agreed bc I figured I could make it through the night with no AC this is June 30th so it's in the hottest point of the year by the way. HE couldn't give me a specific time so we agreed he would call when he was on his way and I would confirm I was home. He called at 8:49 am, I was in the bathroom so I didn't answer I immediately called him back at 8:52 am and he tells me it took too long for me to call him back so he had moved onto a commercial job. When I explained that I would've made more calls last night to get another company out here in the morning if he wouldn't not have been dedicated to coming out here he just laughed at me and told me I was ridiculous and it was my fault for not answering the phone, DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY IN AN EMERGENCY, they will laugh I the face of a residential customer

All I can say is the best company I've ever used for my air conditioner problem. Prompt service and very professional.

Excellent service!!! We live in south florida and have a rental property near Orlando that needed a new a/c.. we were worried about finding a quality company via web searchING and calling around. Everything happened on a sunday (which most places are closed) Brent to the rescue! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was quick to get the job done! Monday he had his guy at the rental property and installed the new a/c! We would def recommend DC/AC. All around great service.

DC/AC Techs Josh & Brandon were on time, thorough and knowledgeable. After checking electrical and for leaks , all that was needed was 3lbs. of R12 Freon and my AC was up and working properly. I highly recommend DC/AC as a service choice

Called them for mother to service her air conditioner which had not been maintained well for several years. Kevin called day of appt to confirm and then again to give an arrival time window. He was super knowledgeable & professional. He gave us good advice and his pricing was very reasonable and fair. We were very pleased and would highly recommend him and DC/AC to anyone.

It sounds as though this company would be good, which is why I called them to perform an annual maintenance on my system. I arranged my schedule to be home for my scheduled service time. After no one showed, I called to find out I was not even on the list to be serviced that day. Apparently, the note that an appointment had been made was noted on some other page. Thinking anyone can make a mistake, I reschedule for another day, and time frame. The day came. I called as my time limit was approaching and found out my technician would not make it out to my place in time. This after being told he would probably be at my place earlier in the morning. I had arranged my schedule to accommodate them once again but again...no technician. I got an apology and an excuse that they are very busy. I'm glad that they have enough business but this does not excuse the unprofessional manner in which appointment times are respected. I have to find another company to use. Too bad. I was hoping to make this company my go-to AC company for my service needs.

Extremely pleased with the service we received from Brent (owner). This former navy man certainly knows his business; very friendly and informative. Will definitely use his services in the future. Strongly recommend his company.

My parents were having a problem with their air conditioner. I searched for a Co. with great reviews, and happy to say I choose this Co. Brent, the owner came out stat! He was very professional & knowledgeable. After he understood our financial issue, he said he'd give us a free estimate this time. and was very thorough in evaluating our problem. Excellent service. Fast turn around, and Identified my problem within minutes. Only took Brent a few minutes to get my up and running again. Very professional and personable and would recommend him to anyone I know.

This compnay is wonderful. I highly recomend them. Brent is very honest, and goes above and beyond. They replaced my AC in 2007, and just recently I had an issue, gave him a call and he told me that I was right about my issue, I was able to get the part with him.

Called Brent after noticing my AC was leaking water, schedule time for 10am-2pm. Called the morning of to request a call before coming and he said that would be fine. Brent then called me back and asked if I wanted him to stop earlier. He showed up informed me I just needed to flush my pipe, showed me how to do it and even took the time to explain to me how to avoid future clogs. He took his time and only charged me a basic service fee.

I have had several units fixed by this company. They are reliable friendly fair priced and quick. I will always call them for my A/C needs.

This company honors what they advertise. They are very reasonably priced. Their repair people are on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I just had them out today to repair my AC. I'd called many places to find very expensive service call charges which were in addition to any repair costs. DC/AC was less expensive and had a coupon they honored for free service calls with repairs....again...they honored the coupon. I live in central Florida, called them and scheduled a time which wasn't a 4 hour window but a half hour window. The person who took the call was nice and listened what I had to say then made the appointment. The repair person was Kevin. He called ahead of time showed up on time diagnosed the issue. Talked with me about it and fixed it. He was polite and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the service or the cost! I'd reccommend them to anyone.

This company had made my air conditioning easier, I was reference to them by a not so nice friend of mine, which made me think right off the bat these guys must be really good. No surprise that they were amazing.

These guys are true pros, We did a consultation with them and they took the time to go over our requirements and make suggestion to give us what your home needed and should be and then provide us with the best equipment are a great price. They do the work on time, in a clean professional manner. I highly recommend them.

I called dc/ac to fix my air,after checking out my whole system It turned out to be a thermostat wire problem,the gentleman who came out was very professional.He fixed my thermostat for just the service call,no extra charge like most companies,i would highly recommend this company to all
