Horrible! Do NOT waste your time. The patient is expected to do the insurance paperwork anf legwork and have it prepared for an assessment to see if you even qualify for therapy at their location. Phone number will give you the orlando or kissimmee office, so be specific because these 2 offices do not communicate. Expect a long wait time and expect to be treated like you are at the Department of Veteran Affairs. No concern, respect or human decency. I decided my treatment would be better elseqhere as I am a veteran and need serious organizations, not some overnight "help" studio. Appalling and disgusting are the only words coming to mind.

Office staff unprofessional, Office manager Adriana rude, iresponsible and very unprofessional. Doctor is never in the office or available not sure is there is actually a doctor on this office. I take 2 months for you to get and appointment to see the doctor and they will call you the day before your appointment to cancel it.

If you call back to schedule they will let you know you are and inactive patient because you haven't been there in 2 moths.

Really I haven't been there in 2 months because your doctor if never there and your staff keeps calling to cancel.

At first very nice but unprofessional, very low class people working there with Jail House Tats on necks and just about everywhere else! YOU WILL NEVER see or meet the so called "Dr Medina" don't even think he is real!!! You will ONLY see PA or lack there of, who always run out or forget their script pads and can't give you your very important and serious medications until a week later! I have had it as of this last Week due to the fact my regular PA was on yet another leave of abscense so I had to see a new PA one of whom I have NEVER met, only to have her sit with me for 5 min write me script call in my other script then say they will finish u at the front only to stop me and say your blood pressure and heart rate is to high ( due to the fact that they put me through 4 days of withdrawls through no fault of my own) from my long time taken Adderall! She took the script and ripped it up and said dr "Medina" needs to see u first but can't see u for 2 weeks so happy holidays enjoy having horrific withdraw effects for the next two weeks turned her back as I was trying to talk to her in tears and shut her door in my face!!!! They are luck my children were there and I litterally composed myself and walked out because one of these days they are going to mess with the wrong person and I can't wait for that day to happen!!!!! All of them hopefully will have misfortune and feel the pain I felt and still feel today!!
