- Not well sealed off from the outside(ants,roaches, drafts of air, noisy)

- Office staff is not sincere, can be unkind, and unable to provide clear/accurate information about costs, etc. that paying customer has right to understand, leaving one feeling without real support.



Price was not justified.

I am a former resident of this place. It's filled with f^%$#@! roaches! Bad roaches at that. The roaches were bold enough to attack your plate while eating. I admit I got suckered in with the good ol' look at our apartment model deal and the landscape. Shortly after moving in, a few roaches. A month later, with the sorry a!@ pest control. Roaches covered the counter tops when the lights came on and after deep cleaning daily. I think they're in the walls camping out until the coast is clear. Did I mention the f!@@#$! roaches!

I can't say enough negative about this hell hole. I still suffer nightmares and a chronic lung disease from black mold and infestation they refused to rectify. The management are the darkest evil.

The complex is dirty, loud and unsafe. When I moved in the carpet was stained and quickly found roaches throughout the apartment. After I moved out I was awaiting my deposit and not only did I not get one but a debt collector is assigned to collect for the carpet replacement. Apparently they did not keep the check list of damages when we moved in. Kids from around the area come to the pool and use language that would make a sailor blush and security does nothing about it. The gates are always broken. I would never recomend this complex to anyone. I must now hire an attorney to clear my credit because of the issue with the carpet
