This about Chris at City Garage and his staff. He was and still is the angel sent from heaven. It went like this: I live in Syracuse, NY, my son moved to florida and lived in Orlando while working at Disney. His first car a Honda Accord (very old) died in the apt complex my son lived in at the time. I called from Syracuse to City Garage and spoke to Chris. Explained the situation and he had someone go to the complex and tow the car to his station. We had the car repaired which I couldn't thank him enough because I knew it was an honest repair and charge. Chris kept the car at the station with hopes we could sell it. It was there I'd say a good LONG time. He never charged me any add'l $$. When my son moved, he towed the car to his new apartment for a reasonable charge. I always asked if I could repay him somehow but all he ever wanted was for me to write a good review. If you ever are in need of any auto repair, I highly recommend going to City Garage, he treated me like I was his family. So Chris thank you from the bottom of my heart! There was an unspecified issue and they me to bring my vehicle back in and they fixed it. They did a really nice job and their were staff were excellent and polite.

City has never done me wrong. First came two years ago when Pep Boys quoted me $3,000 for a misdiagnosis and Chris quoted $1,400 for an accurate one. My car is 13 yrs old and I take it to City whenever I have an issue. They are friendly, professional, and the place is clean and pleasant. It's never fun paying for car repairs no matter where you go, but I trust them.

If you have had a hard time finding a mechanic that is trust worthy and isn't out to rip you off......... then look no further! City Garage is the ONLY auto mechanic that I have ever found that I have 100% trust in! They guarantee their work and you will NOT find anyone else in town that beats the rate AND provides A+ customer service. Chris is the best there is because he understands that the customer is the most important part of all business. I have recommended many friends and will personally not EVER take my vehicles anywhere else! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK CITY GARAGE SEE YOU FOR THE NEXT OIL CHANGE!

I took it in, he diagnosed the problem and for about 1/2 of what it would have cost me to get it fixed at the dealership, I was out the door in about an hour.

I was pleasantly surprised by the rate I was quoted, and after he spoke with the parts place, it actually dropped by another $200. Also, he went into the office to make that call while I was out by the car, he could have come back and stuck to his original price and I would have never known the difference. Honesty is Awesome!

Stopped in for their oil change special. They were also running a brake special and had that done at the same time. Super service, very neat, clean and efficient with a fast turn around time! Great to find a local shop for these types of services. Will come back again and recommend Marlon and his crew to others. Many thanks!...

Brakes were squeaking so I decided to check out how much they would cost...Marlon offered a free brake check so I said why not. I already knew the problem but let's see how much this would cost me. He gave me a quote cheaper then my sister's boyfriend, AND it comes with a warranty, so I had to jump on it.

I go there regularly for oil changes. Just recently I heard a noise from the back of my car, Marlon is awesome. He took it for a test drive and knew exactly what it was. He fixed it the same day and fast.

I've been going to these guy for about a year and waited to leave a report because with some mechanics its really good at first then they try and gouge you for money but not with Marlon and his crew. They have always been very honest about any work thats needed and are priced very fair. I highly recommend City Garage!

They did a great job. I went in to get an oil change and they let me know a tire was bad so I was able to get 2 new tires that instant.

So glad I found these guys! When I pulled in the driveway, they "heard" the trouble that another repair shop couldn't find after having my car for 2 days!



I hesitate to say too many good things, because if they get too busy, well, it will be harder to get in there!! LOL :-) It turns out that the "popcorn popping" sound I was hearing was the lower control rods arms and sway bar links... just hearing those words flashed giant red $$$$$$ before my eyes.

I've been going somewhere else for over a decade - City Garage is my permanent mechanic, and I've already referred a couple of family members there.

Nothing but great things to say about the guys at City Garage. We took my wife's 06 mini cooper s to get new front rotors and ceramic pads. 1st off, mini dealer of long beach quoted us close to 800 for the fronts with labor and everything. Of course we all know dealer is way overpriced.

I've seen their work so I trusted them with this job. They did a great job overall!

They got started on my car as soon as I got there, so I was in & out of the shop within 30 minutes. Service was great, there were enough workers to accommodate all the other customers that were there.

Very very happy with this place, i was going to take my car to the dealer for an oil change but found this place and they use the SAME OIL AS THE DEALER, and i only live around the corner AWESOME!!!!!

We were referred to them from the garage manager at jiffy lube in Long Beach. From experience, you always find the best people through word of mouth!!! Marlin and his guys know what they're talking about and know what they're doing!!!
