***WARNING*** PLEASE do not shop nor pawn your goods here!!! I was a very loyal customer here for about 3yrs & the staff was alot more customer service oriented, & just recently in the last 4 months the staff has changed & one spanish guy in there makes fun & jokes about customers weight, race, disabilty,etc.. I spoke with a so-called manager about his behavior & he brushed it off!! I am actually going to be filing a complaint with the Corporate office!! Carlos is the manager & he has no patience & is very rude & nasty!!! there can be 15 people in line & he will just sit in the office & just flaunder around!! this place needs to be re-vamped with better Customer Service reps!!!!
