I never write reviews, but this Dentist office is too bad. I don’t know if this is isolated to my dentist and the office in Waterford Lakes area or a general problem
1. Scheduling appointment - The person taking X-rays was making the appointments over the phone and she did not know how to use the system. It took her 11 minutes to get me an appointment
2. I had a tooth ache in my lower right and pointed that out to the dentist. Dentist said he could not see anything and said one of my old fillings might need to be replaced - he replaced it. But tooth ache continued and it is actually a different tooth. Funny fact is that the tooth actually hurting is the one tooth, BrightNow dental put a filling in three months ago. BrightNow is stating that they are saying it might not be deep enough. I have to go again and get it fixed.
3. They are trying to sell you everything - I had been going to a different dentist before for several years. He is very reliable and had great reviews - even featured in Orlando Magazine. He never found anything been wrong. Since my insurance changed I had to switch and chose BrightNow - big mistake! They are selling me that I need gum treatments, a mouth guard for grinding my teeth and fillings. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion and they were telling me that none of the above is true
