Very bad services and actitud

Went to Bliss for a pedicure. Has to be the worst experience ever. I got the delux pedicure, she didn't cut.my cuticles I had to ask. Didn't file my nails. Litterly slathered my legs and feet with each of the lotions and washed them off. Then I said don't you massage the lotion in she said u pay extra for massage. $33 bucks for the crappiest pedicure ever, my nails are sharp. I wouldnt waste my money, I would of done a better job at home. Do not go..

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! IT WAS EXPENSIVE AND MY NAILS WERE NOT PAINTED ALL THE WAY LIKE THE SIDES WERENT PAINTED COMPLETELY. I SIMPLY DONT CARE FOR THIS PLACE...

OVERPRICED for poor service in a clean, beautiful and peaceful atmosphere with luxurious equipment. Find another place....I agree with the previous reviewer. I came in to do a french mani/pedi and get my callouses removed. It cost $33 for the "deluxe", add a mani $10 extra. French is another $5 each for mani and pedi. So what did i get for a "mere" $53? A very short calf message using various lotions and microplane grater on the feet, cuticle removal and polish. No pumice on the heels!! Neglected to dry my toes while she was doing my hands. and when the hands were done she put a tiny fan on fingers for no more than 3 minutes then shut the fan off. When she walked away i turned the fan back on. I also noticed that my heals were still cracked and dry then i remembered she didn't pumice stone this area at all. When i mentioned this she told me that i needed to apply Vitamin E at home. I was furious and like an idiot i STILL tipped her $6!! Her name was Wendy. My toes were ruined that night for not being dry and the FRENCH on my nails were painted UNevenly. I'm only giving it ONE stars because it is at least CLEAN and the techs there are presentable......that expectation should be average not a plus. For OVER $50 PLUS TIPS i should expect a spectacular mani pedi and this was not worth it! Please don't go for the pretty interior only. You will be throwing away your hard earned money.



UPDATE: it is now two days later and I remember Wendy cutting so much off the sides of my nail that i winced and it bled. My right toe is now infected.

This place has a nice setting but they are overpriced for the average service.

They did an ok job when there was no promotion goin on but they rushed to take my money when I got a free Mani on a expensive Pedi. Will never waste another dime for this place. To the Owner: your staff need more training, they are inconsistent....
