Our company services approximately 30 - 40 customers each and every day of the week. Once in a while we may experience a number of potential problems ranging from a vehicle breaking down, a problem that might occur on a jobsite that causes the job to run over, a technician calling in sick, etc. I am not sure of the customer making this response and do believe we were never given the opportunity to rectify the situation. I do apologize to this customer and wish there was something we could do to save the relationship.
