There are several places around town that can give a in-person estimate at the time of drop off without having you wait for a quote or missing your shirt for several days. I highly recommend them for getting your adjustments done. Even though I am still somewhat unsure what I paid for the dry cleaning service my shirts were done nicely but I think it was about $5 an item, which you can find many areas located shorty outside of the doctor phillips area that can do them for about $2 an item with a comparable quality.

Hope you don't have a problem. Took a $1600.00 designer skirt to be "steamed only" It appears they cleaned and pressed it which resulted in shrinking it 2 inches in length and too tight to wear plus the lining bunching up and the fabric being damages as it says do not dry clean. My receipt said "steam only" Have E-mailed and callled Gary Shif every day for a week to try to meet with him to show him the damage and resolve the issue but he has not responded to the emails or phone calls. I guess is answer to resolve a customer problem is to ignore it and it will go away. We are not going away and will be taking legal action if that is our only choice. Best cleaners should be "Worse cleaners" based on this experience. We also had a less expensive dress shrunk by Best that I took the same dress in another color to a good cleaners and they did not shrink it. I wish I had found this out before Best ruined a $1600.00 skirt

Reasonable prices, great customer service, environmentally conscious. I've been a Best Cleaners customer for over a year and I've always been impressed by their business model.



I would also recommend signing up for their email list. Lots of coupons and discounts! A coworker asked me who I'd recommend and when I sent him to the Best Cleaners website, he asked if I had signed up for the Referral Program. Within a day of signing up, I received a personalized email and a credit to my account since that coworker dropped off his suit the day before.

Negligence, shoddy work, poor customer service from Gary the owner

Ruined a $1500 rug after I requested that they call me first before any cleaning is done so that I can discuss the type of rug I have and how it will be cleaned. They were also not supposed to clean the rug without a quote. 2 weeks later I did not hear from them so I went in to inquire on my rug. I was told that Gary the owner was too busy opening up a new store in Apopka. 6 weeks after that I went in to ask for my rug back. I was told my rug was ready. $125 and 8 weeks later my rug was cleaned without my consent. I took the rug home and unwrapped it. To my disappointment the rug had shrunk 1 foot in each direction, and one third of the rug is now knotted up. Thanks a lot Best Cleaners.

You failed to address in your comments that: 1 - You signed a release understanding the risk in cleaning the rug. 2 - You signed a release releasing us of any liability resulting in the attempt to restore your rug 3 - Your rug arrived with heavy brown stains, soil and foot traffic beyond the ordinary. 4 - In your complaint to the Better Business Bureau you settled your complained by requesting a refund for the cleaning in which we AGREED to mail to you. Please include all the facts and the condition of the rug when telling a story.
