I would only recommend Mike Snapp Bail Bonds! He's been in business forever & very knowledgable about law & bail bonds. Alright this company did what they were supposed to do, they got our friend out of jail, with the 10% down and the remainder on a collateral check. Although I am a little upset with them because they processed the collateral check without of knowing until it had processed. This happened because the friend that was bailed out missed his court date but he turned himself in. Well the courts didnt notify the bail bonds about this so they went through and cashed the check. The situation has been resolved and the money will be credited to our account but this can take up to a week to have the money back. So until then we are out the entire ammount of the original bail. I think that the bail bonds should have check up on the situation with the courts before processing the collateral, because if that one little phone call would have been made none of this would have happened and we wouldn't be having to pay the $140 dollars worth of fees associated with the check processing without our knowledge. They are not going to reimburse of these fees and the bank will not either since it was not a bank error.

I have to say....I'm not used calling around to see how the bail bonding process works but talking to Tony made my day. He made me feel very comfortable explaining my situation and was trying every possible solution to help me out, even though he knew I didn't have a lot of money. I called around to other places and I felt as if "you don't have any money you're wasting your time". Tony was so helpful that I didn't think twice about using their services. In summary, they are professional, courteous, and willing to work with you. It can't get any better than that!
