This company is terrible, the lady at the front desk has a major attitude, short lady with a lot of lipstick. They attempted to charge me for an extra day because the lady left early the previous day and lied to her supervisor about it. I've since disputed the charges with my credit card company and I've been refunded the full amount of $241. Their offices is a small shack looking type place off of E. Colonial that you can barely see. The vehicle had a flat tire as soon as I pulled off. The customer service here was terrible which is why I received a full refund.
