I must say when I got the follow up call from Jordan to buy a vehicle, I was not expecting to buy since I had already bought the Hummer H2 my husband was looking for. In fact I thought I would just window shop!!!! But after Jordan took his time to find me a Jeep (which intrigued my interest at the time) and driving all the way to the Sanford Dealership to pick it up I was happy 😊.
But after having if for a day or two I realize I wanted a brand new vehicle with a 3rd row seat.
Jordan and Edwin went out of there way to make me happy and I ended up with a 2020 Traverse. I love it!!! 😍
I must say when I first purchase the Jeep the finance manager Edwin who help me with this deal was very understanding and did not pressure me with the extended warranty with this vehicle. He made the sale very easy and stress free for me.
With the purchase of the 2020 Traverse I had a different finance manager name Frantz who I remembered from when my husband and I bought are Avalanche years ago from Auto Nation. Very nice gentleman. Even though I did not want the extended warranty he advise me of another package that was perfect for me and it gave me extra miles/years. I am glad I got it, thanks Frantz for the information greatly appreciated!! 🤗
When driving off the dealership lot I was surprised when my 10 year old was telling me features the vehicle had. Thank you Jordan for entertaining my son’s questions he really enjoyed the ride to gas up the car. I was beyond impressed and so not expecting this. You really went beyond the normal sale duties.
All in all my experience was beyond Extraordinary with everyone involved in BOTH of my purchases from start to finish.
Even the parts department was a pleasure when I was ordering my accessories this weekend, which even came in 2 days early. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name he took the time to order everything I wanted.
Jordan you ROCK & Thank You Auto Nation for everything!

I am so glad to get this survey because this was the worst experience of any dealership I have ever been to. It took quite a long time for the oil change and tire rotation to be done, I have never waited so long, ever! Then the cost was over twice as much as any other dealer I have been to. IN addition to that they ran the charge twice and caused my bank account to be overdrawn. When I called to tell them the cashier told me I was wrong, so basically called me a liar and told me to call my bank, I verified with my bank the dealership received 2 authorizations for the service, so it took me about an hour of phone calls to get that issue resolved. I tried to contact my service advisor and her supervisor by phone, but was unable to. I emailed my service advisor who now a week later has still not responded. My OLM was not reset by the technician either, which would have taken a few seconds, no matter how busy they were. I buy a new vehicle every couple of years and I plan to buy another soon however for purchases and service I will be happy to drive an hour back to my previous dealership where I know they at least care if they treat people with respect. Obviously in the big town of Orlando they have plenty of customers coming in that losing one doesn't matter to them. I will not be returning to this over priced, over rated location again. It's sad to run off a first time customer who has the potential to refer people or deter people.

Words cannot express how I grateful I am for your staff. I arrived a mess and they really took care of me in my time of need. I came to David (Vega? Sorry I do not have his business card on me at the time the Director of service) in tears and he reassured me that I was in good hands. He did not disappoint. He and the staff were simply AMAZING! I can not thank you all enough!
