I do not recommend this company. If you think “ oh, it’s just one unhappy customer, most of reviews are good, go on Y ELP and read real reviews and see their real score. I wish I did it before I tasted Home Depot to pick this contractor for me. I wish I didn’t go with Home Depot in first place, the price was double as well. If you want bad AC for close to 9 thousand dollars go ahead tho.
I got sloppy Installation of weak conditioner which doesn’t catch up with Florida heat.
And by the way I canceled in 3 days like contract allowed me but guess what? My AC wasn’t taken back in 20 days like contract say it would be. Instead I got nasty fight from both ARS and Home Depot.
I decided it’s easier for me to move on and take my loss then fight but I thought ARS I owe you that one review because guess what? I didn’t sign that paper you Silence Your unhappy customers with.
And Home Depot. Every penny I spend in the future will go to Lowe’s. And I like gardening and remodeling .
