Smooth talker be careful he take your deposit and disappear, now good luck trying to bring him back to do the work. "He gets a high when he screw people by taking their deposit" he is a sick person. I have all the text that I sent him he is a professional liar. Unprofessional he has an excuse for every time he doesn't show up, that if he answer or text you back, which is often. (My phone broke, machine broke, Truck overheating, trailer broke down, can't get HIS workers to finish job). He sent me a picture of his spare broken phone that use for excuse that uses to justify he did not return the call. He brake things, like he broke almost every sprinkler in the yard, he also cut my neighbor TV cable and phone. I called him and no answer. he has no respect for others property. I gave him the deposit on 9/6/2016 and he never finished the job. I had to hire another company on 9/24/2016 to to finish the job. i will not recommend this company. I included the picture of the sample phone.

After paying a deposit in November we were left with no response from javier the owner of apd. He dug up our yard and damaged our irrigation system and then refused to call us back or return our calls or texts. He is a con artist and really got us as we fell for his story pretending to be a hard working ambitious family man with a newborn etc we fell for his nice guy routine but we should have done our due dillegence..if you are researching him just know he can't be trusted and look else where for a professional company and don't pay until the job is done. Learn from our mistake.

Do not use this company they will take your money and will not complete the job. They will order pavers then you will have to pay for the pavers in order to complete your job. The employees will complain because they aren't getting paid either. The owner Javier Nieves will make a verbal agreement to pay money back and will not honor it. He owe us $24,000.00 he agreed to pay back but have not paid one dime...This guy is very nice but his word means absolutely nothing. We will be pressing criminal charges against Mr. Nieves. Stay away from this company. We have no choice but to expose him because he will not respond to us are honor his agreement

I paid Javier half the deposit in August 2015 does not answer calls or emails and I can't find him. He's a scam artist and a thief. He told me he will start in 3-4 weeks and nothing. Authorities contacted and he will get his in the end. Do not give this person any money!

I found this company in Google. They put pavers around pool area and gave us free sealing for pavers in driveway. It took them several weeks because we live in Daytona and was really far for labor guys but the wait was worth it. I will post some pictures on facebook. My neighbors also hired them for pavers and was beautifully done (took them over a month or so) good job overall.

I paid Javier $2,000.00 deposit almost 3 months ago now and I can't find him. I've been calling him and he's not returning my calls. He's scam artist on 6/19/2015 I gave him deposit to do my back yard. He told me he will start in 3 weeks as you can tell it's about 3 months. I can't get a hold of him, he's not returning my calls. All I have is his vehicle tag and I will press charges against him for fraud. If you have money to throw away then choose him to do your work. I will not wish this nightmare on my enemy

I gave Javier a 50% deposit over a month ago. He said there would be a 2-3 week waiting period for the paver installation. He will not return my phone calls, emails, or text messages. He has my money, and I have received no product or services.

Javier is very professional about his business. The work quality, price and schedule of my paver deck was phenomenal!!!

Just got our driveway done and pool deck. We got a great discounted price because the guys did the coping for only $1,500. Just want to thank this crew for getting the job done in 2 days while other companies offered 2-3 weeks. Our patio looks really nice and cozy. Great job!
