Wish I could give 0 stars worst customer service experience ever. Wasted 2 hours if my life getting 3 devices fixed. Then met by refusal to exchange a faulty 2 day old $800 iPad air. The manager Bill Hogan was the most condescending, unhelpful, least customer service focused man I have ever met. I also own my own business if I treated my customers like this I wouldn't have a job and Bill a Hogan does not deserve his. Clearly he leads by example as those staff that are not wandering around aimlessly like brain dead zombies are equally as obnoxious in their pretend superior attitude.

Shop for your Apple here...they're the experts with answers

Over past few years, we've purchased 4 iPhones, 2 iPads, 2 iMac computers, Apple TV, Apple router, apple air extreme. All from this store. With each purchased item they took their time and walked us thru the process. They configured all our purchases at the store. When we got home, everything worked as configured....iCloud, emails, apps, iMac programs.

Never oversold us any product. Recommended just what was needed. Yes, the store is crowded. Gee, must be a reason for that. Plan on waiting a few minutes for help.

Would never attempt to buy an apple product form an untrained Wally store kid. Want to buy an Apple? Go to the experts. Looking for a bargain? Go to a big box lemon store. You get what you pay for.

Honestly... TERRIBLE Customer ...

Honestly... TERRIBLE Customer Service.



I was VERY surprised by how uncaring and terrible the employees at this location were after having been told by friends (and other reviews), how "nice and helpful" folks at the Apple Store were.



I bought a new iPhone case at this store and asked for help putting it on... The staff literally told me "Nope, find someone else to do it". WHAT? Mind = Blown.



They had the tool(s), they had 10 employees standing around doing nothing, but they REFUSED to help. When I told them I'd find someone else to help me and they simply smirked and said "Pfft. Good Luck".



I personally had a TERRIBLE experience at this store.
