These folks came to our home to take out the control board of our Thermador oven/microwave to get rebuilt. The appliance worked OK, but the setting readouts were barely visible anymore, and Thermador suggested we have the board rebuilt as they are no longer available new. When the board came back from being rebuilt, Kenny, the service tech came back to install. He apparently wired it back incorrectly, according to him, as he shorted out a wire, and the oven would only read out an error message. Kenny told us that the error message meant a sensor was out, and that he would see if they had one in the shop and if not he would order one. They did not call us back, and when we were finally able to reach Tony who said he was the owner, he told us he could not find a replacement.



That was two weeks ago, and now they will not take our calls and refuse to reimburse us the $385.00 we are out for the board repair, plus we are now faced with spending thousands of dollars to replace the oven.
