I've worked for Aldo for 27 years. I have 33 years experience in jewelry. I managed a store for Friedman's Jewelry for 6 years where I learned the difference between a corporate business and a family business. I will be here at Aldos until he closes the doors permanently. Former jewelry store owner swears by ALDO's work wouldn't go anywhere else for all jewelry repair & custom jewelry work. I go out of my way to ALDO because I can trust him and he's the best. I had a smashed ruined watch I thought was gone and he gave it back to me like new. It was a $20,000 watch thanks ALDO.

Aldo's is the sort of jewelry store that makes you think about old-time courtesy, great service and friendly, neighborly people. I popped in today - one of many visits in the last six years since I found his store, and walked out a very happy customer. Both Aldo and his staff give reasonable estimates, always get my work back on time and always surpass my expectations. I recommend him very highly.

What a terrible experience! I used Aldo's to replace the prongs on my ring and when I picked it up, 2 of the small micropave diamonds on the side were missing. What professional jeweler releases a ring for pick up with such an obvious error? So, he replaces them at no charge. However, when I picked up the ring today, there was a nick in the side of the large stone. I asked the very rude lady who waited on me to check it out and she proceed to insult the ring and then tell me that it was something wrong with the stone...hmmm, I've had it for 4 years so I think I would notice that. I left in tears because she just didn't care and told me she didn't see anything. I showed my husband and friends and they can easily see the nick even without a jeweler's magnifier. On Monday, I'm taking the ring to another jeweler to check the work, other stones, etc and see what else might have happened because I cannot trust Aldo’s after 2 errors like this.
