Very good & helpful service, customer agent Linda was a great help to me and my family during our stay.

Fantastic experience in renting a car while staying at a Disney property. Van picked me up and took me to the rental car. On the return, they would take me to anyplace at Disney, not just back to the hotel. That part was wonderful. Only problem was that I rented a GPS to get me to my "off property" destination. The agent checked 3 different GPS units before giving me one. He was very kind and programmed it for me. Only problem was when I left the place I was going to, the GPS didn't work! I tried several things but nothing helped. Finally called back to the Alamo office and they gave me written directions. Not the best for being alone and driving back in an unfamiliar area. But on arriving back at Alamo to drop off the car, they did take the charge for the GPS off of my bill. Overall, a good experience.....fantastic if you don't need a GPS!
