Michael from Modern Plumbing industries showed up right on time as scheduled. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up his work area and left it as he found it. That may sound trivial but oftentimes I am left with a mess to clean. He also clearly explained what part was missing and that he had already ordered it from his tablet. I have been using Modern Plumbing Industries for over 20 years. They only hire the most professional employees and they've never disappointed.

Your installer did an outstanding job!!! He was very friendly, thorough, installed our hybrid water heater perfectly, and left my garage perfectly clean. Couldn't be more thrilled.

Robert (the plumber) came and fixed the problem in about an hour. I am pretty good at home repair but this one had me stumped. He was truly a professional. Cleaned up after himself and was efficient. Great job.

If you ever have any plumbing problems what so ever, you have to call MPI. A Tech named David responded in a timely fashion. The company called me just to let me know where David was and that he was on his way. The professionalism and courtesy that I recieved went far and beyond expectations. Any plumbing problems that I can't handle in the future will always go to MPI.

I had a leaking toilet. After an awful experience with another plumbing company, a friend recommended Modern Plumbing in Winter Springs. They called me back right away, went over costs and send an e-mail with the service mans information. David was very professional. He showed me the bad parts, corrected the problem and cleaned and caulked the base of the toilet. He was done in about half an hour. Professional, knowledgable and reasonably priced. I would recommend Modern Plumbing to family and friends and definately use them in the future.

Update Jan 12, 2012: Our kitchen sink faucet was coming apart at the seams and a replacement was needed ASAP. Once again, Modern Plumbing to the rescue! A quick call to schedule an appointment for the next day and we were set. Bee called the following morning to ask if we could move up the appointment about an hour. Sure, even better! And soon after, David arrived (I said the old team was getting back together lol). No kidding when I say it was less than twenty minutes later and the new faucet was installed. I honestly thought David was testing the water on the old faucet, but no... the job was done and working perfectly. Once again, quick courteous service. We'll be moving out of state in a couple weeks and I can honestly say Modern Plumbing will be one of the things I'll miss most. Finding a fast, friendly, cost-effective plumber isn't always easy, and Modern Plumbing has been all of those things.

Nov 20, 2011: After dealing with stoppages in our toilet for the last couple years, it got stopped one last time with no hope of draining and we decided it was finally time to replace it once and for all. So, what we needed was two-fold: unclog the toilet so that it could then be removed and a replacement installed. I'd seen Modern Plumbing around the neighborhood (I live about a mile away from them) and decided to give a call. I talked with Bee and was immediately confident as she set up an appointment for that day. We coordinated a service appointment in two hours, which gave us enough time to go buy a new toilet. We got back, called Bee to confirm, and within minutes (literally!) there was a knock on the door and David the plumber quickly went to work. An hour and a half later, the old toilet was gone, and the nice new one in its place. Fantastic! David was friendly and professional and really knew his stuff-- he even removed the anti-sediment attachment from the old toilet and put it on the new one so we wouldn't have to buy another. Bee called after to make sure everything went well. From beginning to end, the whole thing was about 3 1/2 hours. Considering that there were no extra charges for this to be an "emergency job", etc., I'm even more pleased. Bravo, guys! -------Dade =)

Well, we all have had our Horror Stories. But Mike Hennessey, service tech for Modern Plumbing came today and did a Super Job. On Time. Pleasand and at the same time Professional. Highly recommend Modern Plumbing because of expertise and kindness of someone like Mike. He knows his "Ps" and Qs" - he's an asset to the company for sure. Also, Bea who coordinated Mike's service call and answered my countless questions is the Best too. It's nice to get someone on the phone who cares about your concerns and plumbing issues with a warm friendliness and at the same time "gets the job done!" Thank you Modern Plumbing. Loved the service from Modern Plumbing! Michael Hennessey came to my home to help with a clogged drain issue I have had for several months. He took the time to explain what he believed the problem was and also some things I can do myself before calling. I have had work done with other plumbing companies that did not seem as concerned about fixing my problem as Michael was. He took the time to fix our problem and to help prevent any more problems in the future. On top of all that he was kind and respectful of my family and our home.

I have been a customer for over 3 decades And the quality and performance of these very positive workers never disappoint. My experience today begins with my service call and the girls in the office always knows what I need. They were very prompt and Barry the technician was friendly and courteous. He did an excellent job explaining the situation to me and offered up useful advice on another issue I was having. This is my second time using this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Modern Plumbing is great. Very professional. Craig Glick replaced a hose bibb in an exterior cinder block wall for us. It was a little more involved because the old hose bibb was not threaded, so he had to punch a small access hole in the wall. The entire repair took one hour and other than the fact that we need to apply some touch up paint where the hole was punched, you can hardly tell he was there. This company is highly rated on Angies List, and I can see why. Thanks, Craig!

Ray Diaz with Modern Plumbing is my hero! After another plumber came in and told me there was an underground leak requiring demolition of my kitchen I called Modern for a second opinion. Thank you Laurie for all of your help. Ray came and performed several tests and found the leak in a wall...repaired it and good as new. He is extremely courteous and totally amazing. I come from a long line of plumbers and will recommend Modern to anyone in need of quality and honest service. Thanks you Modern for having such great employees.
