I'm in a complete state of SHOCK!!! My husband and I are on a weekend vacation at Orlando and we decided to find a place to leave our pup over night since we're planning on staying at a hotel with my Brother and sis-in law. As we walked into the facility it's looked very well kept and very pet friendly. A blonde lady greeted us and we felt as if our pets were at very loving and friendly environment. They had asked for the proof of vaccinations for our boys as she took them to an available pen. She assumed that my husband and I went together but I decided to stay and see where she was taking them. She walked through a glass door with both on a leash and there was a white male with tattoos that didn't notice that I was standing there watching. As she was putting them in the room together, the white male began racing his hand and doing aggressive gestures as if he was going to hit one of them because they were excited and thinking it was going to calm them down! I was disturb due to the fact that both of my dogs are rescues and have been beaten before and are quite traumatized. It breaks my heart to think that people leave there pets that most of us consider children in such poor aggressive environment. I'm soooo glad I decided to stay and watch this. Also, as my husband walked in and I quickly told him to come see what's going on and the guy mistreated one of my dogs within moments! I would never in my Wildest dreams leave my pets here!

My dog has been going to A Pet's Palace for 4 years and always a high level of service. The Day Play, Boarding and Grooming are all top notch and my dog is always happy to return. Family run, so you have the close environment where they really care about the animals and you. Have been highly recommending these great folks for years now.

DON'T take your pets to this place. They show you pictures of dogs that they don't even allow in this SOOO CALLED PET'S PALACE. I own a 10 month old pitbull that weighs 30 lbs. I went over there to check out the place and was told that they don't accept "So Called vicious dogs" ie.. pitbulls because of their perception??? Obviously, this place does not know anything about dogs because if they did, they would not discriminate. PITBULL OWNERS AND EVERYONE ELSE, PLEASE PASS THE WORD to all pet owners-- DO NOT GO TO A PET'S PALACE ON OBT!! Pitbulls are not vicious. Don't blame the breed for ignorant owners! Next time DISCLOSE these facts ON YOUR WEBSITE!
