We can't say enough about the service we received from A-1 Heat & Air Conditioning. They came out promptly and diagnosed the issue with our 11-year-old Heat Pump. Keith, the Service Manager, was very knowledgeable and helped us with the decision to upgrade to a new system. Two days later they installed our new system as Keith discussed without any issues. If you are having problems with your current system or you are looking to install a new system, you need to call Keith at A-1 Heat & Air Conditioning. It was great to find a company you can trust. Timely, knowledgeable, and honest.

Been using A1 Heat and Air here in Orlando for about 20 years and never had any problems with them. So far they have replace 2 full 4 ton in/out a/c units in my home and other than a few glitches all went very well. The last one was an Amana 2 stage compressor and variable inside fan. This last one was put in exactly 1 year ago and I have not called them once since I had no problems with the unit. Compared to the year before I have saved $518 from the 12 months of bills I paid in 2012. I always got quick service in the past and hopefully that is still true. BBB still says they meet BBB accreditation standards.
