I've used Redyk Travel from time to time. I do simple stuff on my own, butwhen I'm in a pinch or have a difficult trip ahead I call Redyk Travel. A friend of minejust booked a group cruise with them and was very happy with their service. He said it was well organized and didn't have to worry about the details. Sometimes they get busy and it may take a little longer but its worth waiting for. I'm planning a Europe jaunt and know I can trust their advise. Who has time to check something like that on their own? It would take me hours. Halina or Maryann can do this for you.
