I had a remote starter installed at Audio Tech and I had an issue with it about a week after it was installed. I called and spoke with Veronica who worked me into their busy winter schedule. When I arrived Joe (I think he's the owner) came up to see exactly what the issue was. As it turned out, I was using it wrong! I was embarrassed but Joe was the one who apologised for not making sure I understood the demonstration. I'm happy and confident in my purchase now more than ever because if I do ever have a problem I'm certain they will stand behind what they sell! Thanks Veronica and Joe!

I had been looking for a place to install a remote start for a great price with excellent service and boy did these guys meet my every expectation. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and Joe answered every question I had. Probably the friendliest service I have encountered in quite some time. Great to see there are still honest, reasonable businesses around.
