As soon as the decision was made to remodel our family room and office areas there was no hesitation in choosing Westco Flooring. Good reputation and word of mouth had already planted the seed of who to choose for our remodel project.
NO REGRETS… Company is wonderful to work with, quality products with a large selection, and knowledgeable employees. Always so very friendly, thoughtful, patient and remembered our names every time we visited the showroom during the process of choosing the flooring.... Hardest part was choosing which style/color of flooring!

Steve, the installer, was fantastic, knowledgeable, timely and skilled.

We just got hardwood floors installed in our bedroom. We have used Westco Carpets many times before and we have always been happy with their work and their customer service.

My daughter recently bought a townhouse that needed some updating and we chose Westco to do all of the flooring. We are very impressed with the LVP and carpet they installed. Kathy was excellent to work with and the installers are true craftsmen that take great pride in their work and make sure the job is done right. We're very happy with the products and the installation! Will definitely use Westco again without hesitation.

Westco was fabulous to work with when building our home. We were so impressed with the quality of materials and install of our carpet that we ended up using them for our kitchen back splash, fireplace tile surround and blinds. We highly recommend Brad and LaRicia for designing and selecting the right materials and colors for your home. We are super happy with how our home turned out!!

I recently built a new home and had several options available to me. I ultimately chose to go with Westco because of several reasons. 1. Their quality of product vs price point (it was important to my husband to have a thicker hardwood installed and their options fit that nicely and price was important to me.) 2. Their floor prep and installation is unsurpassed. We were so impressed. They began by sanding down the entire subfloor (a detail most wouldn't even think of). I was told they had their best installers on the job and I believed them! Every step was done very well. 3. Customer service. Every person I had a chance to work with was so nice and professional. It's pretty rare to find a business these days that will you treat you with the attitude "the customer is always right". It was refreshing 😊. If I could rate them a ten I would!
