I have a multi-level home, I requested that the entire place where there was carpet be cleaned. I called them for an appointment after I was off work but they insisted they come out two hours before the appointment time because they were finished with their appointment before my house. I said ok, it was vacant and I needed the service done asap. Results- half of my house did not look like the carpet was washed at all. The only part of my house that was washed was upstairs which was noticeably cleaner. My basement was barely used when we lived in it but I needed it cleaned anyways (we had just moved out). The middle section of the house has staircase had the heaviest traffic which needed cleaning the most (4 stairs). I was charged for 17 stairs, there are 21 total. He claims "the tech" tried cleaning the 4 middle stairs but could not get it cleaned. So he didn't charge me for the four middle stairs? He couldn't answer me he kept going in circles with what happened and when I told him the basement didn't look cleaned or touched at all he still insisted it was cleaned and then changed the calculation that the 6 areas plus stairs that was charged was all upstairs to all upstairs plus the basement. Anyways, I told him I was not happy with the service and he pretty much tried to justify his work and I just said okay bye. Very dishonest service. If you can't do the job right don't do it at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
