My life has turned upside and w/ out Jeff my life would not be any good. Their office is great

I have been with pain management for about 4 years now. Dr. Dimond has been so good to me along with the staff. I am treated with the upmost respect. Through time I've finally have the right meds. I recommend pain management to everyone if you're in need. You won't be sorry...Thank you.. :)

Years ago I quit going to this office because they couldn't get my appointments scheduled correctly. I wish I had remembered it this time around when I was referred to go here again by my doctor. My first appointment went like this: I arrived and they said I didn't have an appointment and they didn't know who I was. I pulled out my smartphone and show them the email that I received from their office indicating that I had indeed scheduled an appointment for that day at that time. I waited for over an hour so they could fit me in. I started remembering my previous experience in this office but decided to give them a chance anyway. So I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3:15 PM. As I'm driving to this appointment, having left work to do so, I get a text message saying that I had an appointment at 4 PM at the office. I called them and they indicated that they did indeed have me down for 4:00 PM and not 3:15 PM. All the while I am looking at the card that they wrote saying 3:15 PM. In my opinion if you value your time, sanity, and want to get actual treatment go elsewhere. ZERO STARS!

I have been having chronic migraines since I have had my brain tumor. I had it removed when I was 16 but it grew back. I thought there was no way to help me until I came here. Mike Francis, and Dr. Ockey have helped me with Botox, and other migraine abortive medications. Without them, I would not be able to work every day. I tell everyone I know with chronic pain to go here!

I received care at Utah Valley Pain Management after a car accident. Roger and his staff are amazing. After Physical Therapy I was back to doing all the things I couldn't do after the accident. Thanks Roger and Staff!!!

My daughter has been going to UVPM for 7 months now. She has suffered from migraine headaches since she was 11 years old. The UVPM team has been very helpful in helping her get some relief.

When I started care at UVPM I was unable to get out of need most days. After doing injections and physical therapy I am now living the life I want to live. I'm able to care for my children and do all the fun activities that we love to do.

I went to this facility based on a recommendation from a family member. I was pleased with the service. The physician assistant was knowledgeable about my condition. The injection and physical therapy have worked great. It has worn off some so I will probably go back to get another. Good service, effective treatment and I am back out on my road bike.

This place is terrible. There Doctors assistants treat you like a drug addict. They won't listen to you. They push EXPENSIVE procedures that don't work for everyone. I would tell anyone who is looking for a PM Dr. that this is so not the place to go.They threaten to turn you in to the DEA if you don't agree with them.
